Ok, keep this between us. Santa really does/did exist, but the world is far bigger then when he use to distribute toys. He's out of the toy distributing business, at least in our part of the world. Maybe he still delivers to the locals where he lives, but for the most part... I think our parents buy us the gifts now. Give Santa a break. I truely believe there is a Santa though, or was. But I'm sure he feels bad about not having the powers to distribute toys to every kid in the world anymore. But I'm sure he's proud that he use to, wherever he is.

There was a Kris Kringle, the original Santa, (edit: maybe the name Kris Kringle was associated with the Santa legend later). Ever since people have dreamed about a world in which Santa would give gifts by squeezing down chimneys with magic, to all the people that celebrated Christmas. Once one reaches a certain age their parents usually let them know that it was just to make you feel secure in this world of hardly any generous people like that and this world of hardly any magic, but it takes only a little faith in the dreams you have to recreate that magic, and it only takes a little looking to find the people who have generous hearts.

He doesn't. He delivers only to Christian kids, and then only the good ones. That cuts the number WAY down.
