I asked the animal control and they said sometime I should snap it back and show him who is the boss but I'm scare he have bright and big teeth. infont of the animal control officer he's such a sweet boy...what's a evil.

The next time he does that, stand up very straight and tall and YELL "No!" at him as firmly and loudly as you can. Sometimes, this startles them so much that they never repeat the undesired behaviour.

If it doesn't work, you will have to work on asserting your dominance. Don't let him do what he wants until you want him to. Take away his food or his toys before he's done with them and ignore him if he protests. (If you take his food, don't keep it for more then a couple of minutes. Otherwise, you might get a whole new set of problems.) Don't let him win at tug-of-war. When you take him on a walk, keep the leash short and never let him get in front of you. If he does, turn and walk in the opposite direction until he gets the idea that you're the leader. Most important of all, never punish him by hurting him. Pain is the quickest way to turn a dog against you.

Several good suggestions have been mentioned. Sounds like you need to change the dogs behavior. You probably thought the behavior was cute when the dog was a puppy but now it is not. Dominance and control are the important issues here. You can show dominance and control without hitting the animal. Just be more assertive.

Maybe hes trying to engage you in rough play like my cockapoo (cockerspaniel/poodle shes tall and has medium ears, a sort of tan color and kinky cream fur and a lovely tail) does. She trys to bite and barks beucase she wants you to play with her, but not that nice kinda friendly way, more like biteing and playing ALOT of rough tug of war. Don't snap back at him its just stupid. Are you still giveing him equal amount of love and spending alot of time with him? Sometimes being unloved, and not socializing with them can lead to that. Do you know if someone is puting anything odd in his food or posioning him? Our neighors hate my dog beucase she barks at people and loud noises. And shes been sort of that way. We believe they are trying to harm her.

You are WAY too immature & ignorant to have guppies, let alone a dog. Re-home before the dog is TOTALLY ruined.

Consult a trainer or animal behaviorist. They will be able to work with you and your puppy and ask all the proper questions.

I don't believe I'd snap back - he will consider your behavior as being aggressive and may retaliate.

Check with your vet or consider obedience training.
