If she is too aggressive, why don't you try hiring a trainer, instead of getting rid of her.
Sending an aggressive dog to the shelter, is only a death sentence.
Give the dog a chance, and try to train.

There are several options. You might be able to get training for her to help with the aggressiveness. ( consider that first especially if you are attached to her) It is possible that she just needs a home without children - if so then:
Contact your vet - they may know of an organization that will be willing to take her. Check your local phone book for rescue organizations in your area. You might also try checking the internet for organizations.
Good Luck to you!

Here you go.Midwest Aussie Rescue>> http://mcquillen.org/rescue/

I had to place my aggressive dog when I moved to town, as he was much too aggressive to be near children. The breed rescue drove 1,000 miles to pick him up, and they keep in contact with me to tell me he is doing great.

Heart of America Animal Organization is a great place. They foster animals and they are VERY strict about who adopts. It is a no kill group. I adopted a cat from them. They had to come out and check my house out and view other animals in the home, etc.

A rescue will probably take her. If not call your vet to get some ideas. They usually know of people who will foster until they find it a home.

You can either go to your local SPCA and drop it off at a $50 charge or I am looking for a dog that is housebroken and good with children.

Animal shelters will accept any dog. You may have to pay a fee to drop the dog off though.
This site does not euthanize. They are in Chicago

Try obedience training first- but if that doesn't take then contact a rescue organization.
I personally hope the training takes.

Try Petfinder. They list pets for adoption. Just check for places in your area.
