I like "Lady". Anything with 2 syllables and ends in the long "e" sound is good. Dogs respond well to it. Whatever you name her, be sure to only use her name followed by praise. This will help her in learning to come when called. If you name her Trixie, for example, never yell her name or say it in a mad tone. Use words such as "bad dog" for that. If she associates her name with being punished, she'll never come when called. If she associates her name with treats and praise she will come running every time. Good luck with your puppy!

It really depends what kind of dog and her personality and on you and your personality. It doesn't hurt to wait a few days until you find something that suites her "perfectly". I have a girl cat named Riley and I think that is a really cute name for a girl
