I always have thought that SD is great cat food, but apparently a lot of people say that it isn't really good cat food at all. Is this true?

a friend recently told me of a breed of cat called the Maine Coon. he mentioned the believe photoshopped pics of a guy holding a very large cat across his arms, and that the cat was a real breed.

being a big lover of cats (my kitty Spikey died nearly 4 years ago), i decided to look the Maine Coon up...and instantly fell in love. i find their colors and marks beautiful, and the fact that they are so big is such a large plus for me.

ANYways, onto my question, lol.

what would be a average price (i know it varies between breeders) and any local cat shows around (LA area)?

also, any other information regarding the breed would be great

Thank You!

My mom left a tub of clorox mixed with water on the counter and my cat jumped up there and I think she drank some because I found her up there licking her chops! And now she has been hicupping every so often (she has never done that before) I smelled her mouth and It still smelled like tuna. Is she going to be okay? Does she need medical attention? Will she die?

Hi! I just got a cat from the shelter. She's about nine months old and she was apparently a stray. Its obvious that she wants to be let outside. Im willing to let her, but I want to know how to keep her from running away entirely. She has a collar with my information. What should I do?

I have a 3 month old female kitten, and, since most days I am usually away from home for hours, I am looking into getting another kitten, to keep each other company. I am just wondering, if I should get another female or male? I already have my eye on a 4 month old female at my local shelter. Just not sure if they will get along when they are older, or since they are still kittens, and if raised together, will be friends? What do you all think? thanks in advance!

I just wanted to know if you like dogs or cats better. I like both equally because they both have traits that the other animal does not have. What about you?

Does anyone what breed my cat is? Her name is Faith and she was abandoned and I found her when she was about 3 months old (that's what the vet told me). She's a yr. old this month (I decided her birthday is Oct. 6 because I like that day) She has the most amazing personality. She's lovable and has boundless energy. She's also really confident. I live next to a elderly carehome and every morning when I let her out she goes and makes her rounds over there! She's a major talker and LOVES attention. She is also insanely curious and for some reason loves water to the point where she will occasionally take showers with me. I mainly want to know because of her big ears and eyes, it's so unusual. She also is small. 7 lbs. fully grown.

She did but we laughed at her the way she was acting one time and acted embarrassed and went to hide. Now she leaves the room whenever we put it out for her. Do cats know when we're laughing at them? Will she ever like it again?

I've seen a stray cat in my street, driveway & backyard for a few weeks. My family dislikes cats & we try to "shh" it away when it's nearby. Today I did that in my driveway & it stared at me & meowed aggressively. Later I was going for a walk with someome & it was behind a car on the other side of the street, staring. As we continued walking, it started following us! It wasn't walking, but rather running slowly in our direction. Scared, my friend "shhed" it, but it just waited there until she started walking again & it started following us again. We ran, & after a few houses we turned & it stopped following. But when we were returning, we saw it crossing the street where we were approaching. We got a ride back but now I'm scared it'll attack me when I leave my house. We might have provoked it with our "shhhushing", staring, our general dislike & fear, but what do I do now? Will it attack me again? How can I prevent that, and how can I protect myself if it follows me & tries to attack?

I have 2 cats, and they share a litter box. Whenever one uses it, a disgusting stench fills the room. We spray oust, use glad plug-ins, air fresheners, everything! But the smell still penetrates through the air fresheners, and it mixes in with the good smells, making it 5 times worse! Is there anyone that knows a way to get rid of that horrid stench?

My cat is at that old age where he can't control his bladder, either that or he's too old and tired to walk outside. he isn't suffering in any way, just the usual arthuritus in his legs which is to be expected at his age. He just goes where (and when) he likes, and never in the same place!?... I spend my time just cleaning up after him and u know how cat pee smells!.... I really don't want to use a litter tray as i have other cats that might start using it, and i've past that stage with them.. I did use it the other week though but my cat ignored it point blank.
