Cats are just like girls,, the way they act, behave, and purr...

Guys need to take a cat as pet ... it will teach them everything about girls ..I was wondering why guys do not learn about females via the cats ??

Ok, so whenever I am taking a nap, my cat will come up next to my head and rub it with her head. I think this is a sign of affection, but from time to time she will "smack" me with her paw. She has claws, but she doesn't scratch me. They don't hurt either. Then she'll sit and meow at me and rub my head again. I thought maybe she wanted some more food/water except she just stares at me when I give it to her. What's up?

I live next to a crazy cat lady. She feeds all of the stray cats for miles. She is insane and there is no reasoning with her. They have taken to living in my garage and it's driving me nuts. They spray, the pee, they poo . I've tried buying the coyote pee crystals and they actually ended up rolling in it - I guess they thought they were cool, smelling like coyotes. Anyway, other than burning my garage down, there has to be something- a sonic device or what have you. People mention citrus, but I figure if they roll in coyote pee, a little lemony fresh scent isn't going to spook them. I don't want to catch them because A) the crazy cat lady would probably call the police on me and B) they are very skittish and I'd have a better chance catching Osama Bin Laden. And no, I am not going to get a pellet gun.

Thanks in advance for any help because they're ruining all my stuff in storage. Oh, and by the way, the way the garage is built, it can't be sealed and they find a way in.

Do you let your cat loose, keep it in a carrier, or have an animal guard behind the driver seat?

I ask because I would like to get an animal guard so that my cats can stretch their legs in the back of the car, without the danger of them getting in the front. One vet I spoke to said that this is a good idea; another said that it is dangerous as the cats could fall all over the place in the back. At the moment we keep them in pet carriers; but it can't be nice for them and they don't like staying in there for too long (I'm not surprised!)

Thanks! xx Emmie

When my house cat was about 7 months old, she suddenly became very hostile to me. I got her as a kitten and never let her outside. She just went feral like. I could not touch her for months then one day she was loving again. Is this common or a possible mental condition?

moving in w/the in laws and they are allowing the cats to move in also with the understanding that they don't destroy anything. They claw our furniture occasionally but have never destroyed anything.

she hates to be brushed, I have never had this problem with her and she is 11 years old. she won't go to the groomers due to stress. otherwise she is a great cat and has a good disposition.

I have a cat that is about 8 years old and he not using the litter box any more. We did move him about 2 months ago to a different house and he was fine. There is another cat inside the new house that always wants to play. We spray the kitten with water to let him know not to bother the 8 year old cat and then usually let the kitten go outside and run around. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done with the older cat to make him use the box again.

The other day I was telling my husband we still had fleas in the house, after powdering 4 times, durring the conversation, I found 3 on me...little black buggers, try to squish 'em between my fingers, but then they jump away. My legs and arms have so many bites...I look abused, I would were kitten flea collars on each limb, or wear bug spray, but I am pregnant what should I do?

* We just shelled out over 800 bucks for our cat Nermal to get some tests done last month. They won't accept payments and I don't know what to do. If it was a kid, the hospital wouldn't just tell us basically to go to heck. This is our kid!

I want to sell wholesale and retail, but don't know how to market the catnip toys I make. The catnip is homegrown and I make every toy myself. I'm not good at selling my own things, so I need pointers on the best way to approach businesses and cat lovers.

My cousin brought a kitten home last night that has 1-2 broken legs, worms and fleas. I placed her in a pet carrier last night, and now she's barely moving at all.

My cousin *said* she was taking it to the vet today, but needless to say she isn't. I am basically watching this cat die. I have no money and feel so miserable, what do I do??? I have $20 until monday.

*The vets said to take her to the shelter where she would be put to sleep. Our rescues won't take anymore animals either.
