There are plenty of sites out there that give instruction and may also include pictures or video.
But you might want to take it to a vet and have them show you how to do it.
This way you have a learning experience and it gets done so your pet gets some relief!

They don't have the buildup that dogs do, so you won't be getting anything, actually. Dogs need theirs expressed if they get blocked. Cats are far less likely to ever need that done.
