Let me add to this , yes he is fixed , and he is a very friendly cat who loves other cats , he has no problem with them , however they seem to have the problem,he is super friendly . He also does not like toys , I have the weisel and the ball thingy that is battery operated , shows no interest . The only thing he likes is the laser point. I have bought so many toys that I gave them away to my sister for her cat . Also , I was not thinking of a kitten, more around 9mths and fixed of course .

My cat continues to spray a chair that I have in the living room. I have cleaned it numerous times. I have also sprayed it with this stuff that is suppose to keep her from spraying. It doesn't work! I'm at my wits end with her and ready to get rid of her. My kids love her and will be devasted! She is fixed and her declawed in the front. Putting her outside is not an option. Does anyone have any suggestions for me. She also sometimes uses the restroom in the bathroom floor. I have thought about just keeping her in the office all the time (that is where her litter box is) but I feel like I am being cruel to her. I thought we could just get her out when we are in the living room. What should I do?

My cat is pure white and very dirty. He is 11 and seems to have stopped caring for himself. He looks so scruffy, any suggestions on how to clean him safely? I am not even going to attempt to bath him.

My cat Nala, who is turning 12 this year, has some funny looking white crap in her eye. It looks like a tear or a rip. My vet told me it is too late to do anything about it at this point, but my parents would not pay to have it fixed when the problem first came up. My question is: will Nala be ok with the crap in her eye?

On another note, is it animal cruelty when someone refuses to pay for an animal to get healthy?

gotten a kitty because it was so cute and you expected all these sweet, lovey-dovey things to happen...and they didn't? All you really ended up with was this annoying, self centered feline who did nothing but eat your money in cat food and fill up a litter box? What do I do now that this has happened? All he does is take, take, take and get on my last nerve. What do I do?

A stray cat came to my house today and I gave it food and eventually it came to me and came inside. I have two other cats that are well mannered and they seemed to like each other but then the stray attacked my other cat. I put the stray back outside and now he keeps on meowing and scratching at the door and windows. He acts like he wants to come inside but is still hostile to my other cats but not me. What does the cat want?

We live in the country, one of our other cats left about 2months ago and has never returned. We have had coyotes and owls around before, but Cloe (my cat) has been going outside for the past 3 or 4 years. We also have 3 dogs, who I wish would watch over the cats. I don't like letting Cloe out, but she runs out any chance she gets. I miss her sooooo much, I feel awful. All I want is for her to come home soon! It is hard for me to be optimistic about this situation, but I don't want to give up hope. I love Cloe, and if she doesn't come home I won't want to ever get another pet.

I go walking everyday on this trail by my house. There is a little stray cat living in a rocky ditch, and i have seen him since Sunday. Yesterday, I started bringing him a can of food to eat: he was really skinny. He seems very sweet, nudging us to pet him and even purring when he's done eating. He doesnt mind being held for a short period of time (under 2 minutes). My husband and i have named him, and look forward to seeing him every day... we thought to bring him home to stay around our house, but arent sure if he will stick around? Anyone know if strays can successfully be relocated from one outdoor area to another? (we would have him neutered as well - dont want kittens running around the neighborhood)

There is a female stray cat that will not leave my back porch. If she's not on the porch, she is laying on the steps and is very territorial. The big problem is, she is attacking my dogs. She has learned to open the door and I have tried tying it closed, but she is really persistant and somehow manages to get it open. She doesn't belong to anybody because she is ALWAYS at my house. She is either laying on the steps or on the porch 24/7. I have tried repellents, cayanne pepper...nothing works. I called 3 shelters and 2 Humane Societies and none of them are accepting cats because there is no room. I was willing to drive 3 hours to take the cat to one of the shelters. WHAT DO I DO??? My dogs are small Pomeranians and they are inside most of the time, but they do need to go out to the bathroom and every time, they are attacked. NEED ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS PLEASE
