If you don't get him to a vet, he will die. If he won't eat he will become dehydrated. If you can't afford vet bills, you shouldn't have pets. That's cruelty.

right first things first.....the kitten definitly needs to see a vet, the fact that the bleeding has stopped could mean he is bledding internaly.
if the kitten isnt eating or drinking hes gonna be feeling pretty rough right now.
ring up your local vet and explain the situation you are in.....if you cant afford his treatment a cheaper alternative is to have him humainly put down. its not fair for him to be suffering!
All you can do at the moment is make him comfortable, let the cat see to him as well dont take her away. give him a little quiet corner were he can have a rest.
Teach your son also the importance and responability of handling young and old animals. if he must pick them up make sure her is sitting on the floor or on a sofa. at least the drop wont be so far then.
but in all seriousness .....get to a vet

First of all, it sounds like the kitten is quite young still. It would help if you could give an approximate age of the kitten.
But if the kitten's nose is bleeding, it sounds to me like there was some severe physical trauma from the fall and I highly doubt the kitten will last through the next day. The best you can do is to keep the kitten warm and comfortable, preferably close to its mother. Apparently, money is an issue, but if the kitten won't eat on its own, you can try to get some kitten formula from a grocery or pet store and use a baby dropper to feed the kitten manually. It's possible he could pull through if he takes food, but any psychological damage will remain regardless.
Just keep an eye on the baby, keep him warm and if he starts to convulse or his breathing gets labored, it's more than likely he's going to expire.

To be very honest, you don't have ANY other choice but to take the kitten to the Vet ASAP.
If you don't have the money talk with the Vet and ask if they'll allow you to make payments...if you've been going to a certain Vet for any length of time they will be more than willing to help you out.
Letting the kitten suffer is NEVER the right thing to do.

You need to ask your parents to take the kitten to a vet. If someone allows their pets to have babies the people should be aware that vet visits will be a necessity. (Animals have birth complications too ya know...) As others have said, if you can't afford or are unwilling to take a pet to the vet in situations where the animal is mauled, dropped, clumbsy, sick, etc then you shouldn't be having pets. (Despite popular belief, they do not heal themselves each and every time.)
Hound your parents if you have to, just get that kitten to a vet who will know for sure if something is wrong. (If the kitten is dieing, at least you'll end its suffering by taking it to a vet.)

well, for one thing, this is why you should keep young children away from animals, especially young animals. This was a lack of good judgement on your part.
You either need to take the kitten to a vet, or force feed it some electrolytes (you can buy electrolytes at a feed store, theyre for calves) otherwise, do the humane thing and give the mother cat and her kittens away immediately because if you don't know how to take care of your pets properly, you have no business owning any. no offense.

Dont let babys hold kittens. DUh! Take your kitten to the VET now. You are doing a horrible thing buy not taking him. He has a concussion and will die unless a vet intervenes. If you cant afford to take him you shouldnt have any animals. Take him to your local SPCA and theyll do the right thing unlikeyou who is torturing a poor helpless baby animal buy not getting the treatment. SICK!
