Mine does!

I have a male kitten who is wonderful, playful, and uses the litter box.

I've been sick the last two weeks (bronchitis/sinus infection) and I have had a hard time sleeping. I got up and laid down on the sofa, covered up in the blanket this morning, wanting to get back to sleep. The cat came and sat on me, which is usually a common occurrence with my cats. He sat down and within a minute I felt warm liquid on me. He peed on me. I was frustrated, so I got cleaned up and threw the blanket and my clothes into the wash.

Why the heck would he pee on *ME*? I love on him a lot, he's my baby. Is he marking me as "his" or is he mad?

My 12 week old male tiger suddenly began doing that kneading thing when he's getting ready to sleep. He is very healthy, and is regular. He plays hard and is just a great cat. He is an indoor cat, too. But this kneading motion with the front paws is new; he didn't do his as a tiny kitten. What does this mean?

I just noticed this today and I think he has it pretty bad. If I can't take him to a vet today or tomorrow, what should I do with him until then? How can I keep the worms from getting on things in my home? Help!

One of my cats will cry continually and is not satisfied with feeding, petting, cuddling, talking to him or anything else. Until he gets some catnip he will continue to cry. Then he will 'use' and settle down for a rest in his bed. Should he go to Kitty rehab?

My cats scratch till the furniture is destroyed. I even give them scratching posts and mats for them to sharpen their claws on, but they stick to the furniture anyway. Anyone know why?

My other cats are older and I'm sure are not happy, but the new kitty has been adjusting to our home better all the time. Help, I've had to clean up various messes and thrown away all my rugs.

Hello. we have 3 cats, Mommy cat and 2 of her sons. We have recently moved a few streets away from where we living, approx 1/2 mile away.
The sons are fine and have not returned, the Mother however is a different kettle of fish. She is returning at least once a week and it is getting more difficult to get her to come to us when we fetch her home. She seems content enough when here and has always been with us since a kitten.
All 3 were kept in for the same amount of time before letting them explore their new territory in gradually increasing amounts of time. So what can we do; as we are concerned that someone may take her in or that she may get hurt on her travels; to keep her by the new house?

she's been throwing up alot lately and it's been getting out of hand.
sometimes when she comes inside she also licks herself...down there, could that mean she was with another cat?
the reason we're not sure is because my cat is only about 6 months old and she's going to be spayed next week. to save my mom of the sadness of signing a paper for her to get an abortion, i'd like to know now.

My cat used to pee outside of my old litter box. He would literally stick his butt over the edge and pee on the side of the box, getting pee on the floor. So I bought a spacious litter box with a cover on it. It can't be a size issue, because my other cat of the same size has no problems with it. He's gone in it before, because I found pee lingering on the sides of the lid to the new box. I keep it clean and scoop it twice a day. Even so, he's been pooping in front of the entrance of it and now he's just started peeing in front of it too! I've had to clean it up three times in the past 12 hours! I didn't change the litter, so I can't think of anything else that could be the problem! Please help.

Will not stop meowing. I put toys out for him, I have food out, and I play with him when I can. Even when I play with him, he meows and purrs at the same time. Is he just really really homesick for his family? He has only been with me for 4 days, is this normal? If so, when should I expect this behavior to stop?
