My other cats are older and I'm sure are not happy, but the new kitty has been adjusting to our home better all the time. Help, I've had to clean up various messes and thrown away all my rugs.

ohh there is this spray you can get now that is supposed to smell like them or something I am not sure how it works. My vet told me about it yesterday. It helps to calm the cats down so they won't do stuff like that. mmm I will find out the name and will be back!

Are all your cats neutered? If not, they should be. Who is doing the marking? Is it a male kitty? The marking will continue until the kitty is fixed. It may continue after that but my experience is that it will go on til all are neutered. It usually stops after that.

Get them fixed it the only way! Then wash EVERYTHING that they have sprayed on or they will just keep marking.
