I want to have this 2 months old male cat at the pet shop but Iam scared my male cat would suffer or be jealous even though Iam intending to have this new kitten neutered soon if I would buy it.

She has very long hair and her belly and chin have gone all greasy from eating tuna in oil (she also smells !)- damn cat rolled in it. Last time I washed her it took 3hours to gat her dry! I tried a hair drier on a low setting (which she didnt mind) but it still took ages! I used a veterinary shampoo made for cats but its not up to the job- didn't do anything last time. she keeps coming over for cuddles but I cant bear to touch her as she stinks! HELP!

We have two cats, one 8 yrs and one 9 yrs old. We are planning on moving abroad, to Italy, at some point in the future (probably 4 or 5 years). We are concerned about what to do with our cats. Do we put them through the stress of such a long move (presumably by air)? Would they be sedated by a vet? Or do we leave them with someone, probably until they die?

I have tried to punish my little terror again and again-he bites and scratches, loves to chew wires in two, also loves to shred toilet paper, etc., etc. I live very close to both a busy road and interstate, so keeping him outside would be too risky (though he tends to sneak out the door anyway). We had him neutered and I was told that would slow him down, but that hasn't happened. Any advice on how to prevent him from misbehaving would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop them from urinating on furniture. We have 3 boxes set up in the basement, and they always have access to them. Sometimes we stick them in the basement, but they still use the furniture and places where they shouldn't go. We have the spray and sometimes that works. I just got new couches, and I still have the plastic and wrapping on them for the fear that they will pee on it. I would appreciate any help

Tonite I saw a large "cat" in my Anahiem California backyard. It was bigger then a typical domesticated cat or even a large tom cat. I live in a very urban area of town right next to a main freeway. "Wildness" is about 15-20 miles away. It had been drinking from my pool and left paw prints that were 4 to 6 inches wide. As I was studying the prints I saw it run against the back wall. It was about 2-2 1/2ft tall, long powerful tail that was the same width from end to end, it had some markings on the tail but I didn't see it's face. Any ideas of what it was?

Yeah his name is Dr. Lector. His fangs are always like that and always have been. Everytime I look at him he sticks his tongue out as well. He is a very unusual cat. Give him a good vote. My son says he has a face only a mother could love, he is so very sweet that he makes up for it.

On Tuesday I had to have one of my cats put down and my other two cats are acting different. They walk all around the house looking for him. They cry and won't eat like they use to. They never really leave my side or my husband's. It breaks my heart to see them like this. How long will they be like this??? I've never had to deal with this before. Thanks

I just adopted 2 kittens that were rescued. they are about 6-8 weeks old. One of them doesn't seem to like to be petted and almost acts like he is sensitive to the touch and he never purrs. Him and his brother play fight all the time and he loves to play with his toys is it just somthing about him not trusting me yet (I've only had him for 3 days. His brother loves to be petted and purs alot. This is my first time with kittens I think its normal since they play together but just wonder if it could be somthin wrong with him

My cat has these small white rice like growths on the skin of his abdomen that are easily pulled out and don't bleed or seem to hurt him but grow back shortly after being pulled out. Does anybody know what these are?

My larger and older cat is Turtle, my smaller and younger one is Ducky. My Beta fish is Fishy (my husband named him, i named the cats. lol)

What's the best thing about your pet(s)? I love the fact that they love me. They follow me around the house and always sleep with me at night. They are the best companion...they love you and show it and they never yell at you. They do things that are annoying like get into the trash and fling poop out of the box, but that's it.

I would LOVE to have a large cat, like a domestic tiger! oooooh, how awsome would that be?

Don't worry, the baby wasn't in it; she's not born yet.

There's no door on her nursery so I can't close it. I filled the crib with a few boxes and bags so that if the cat were to jump in it, she would jump back out, but this morning she jumped in there, anyway. How can I keep her out of there? I can't keep an eye on her twenty four hours a day and I don't want her getting in there once the baby's here.

My cat drools. When he gets all lovey-dovey and is purring, he'll start to drool. It's like he gets all excited and starts to drool. It's funny.

He also will walk in between my legs legs when he's all excited so I trip on him.

....what things do ur cats do?

Mine ( have 2):

drool, trip you, chase their tails, greet me at the door, unlock the door(bolt lock), play with the water when i do dishes, sleeps ON me (he has to sleep on my chest), when i'm lying down he'll walk all over me and stop with his butt right in my face, drink the fish bowl water (but leaves the fish alone), watches tv, tried to bat things on the tv, studders when meowing at a moth or bug flying around.....

So what would you do, I have tried to put a cool wet wipe on him and he can not even sit on his bum. It is 3.50 am so I can not ring a vet.
He has tried walking across the floor on his bum as if to scratch it.
This is not a joke.
Do I bath him as he hates water.
