I have a 14yr old neutered male who's been the only cat the entire time. We recently found & took in kittens. We ended up keeping one and I can say from experience once the baby was neutered things definitely calmed down. Our older cat didn't like how the baby had so much aggression and constantly attacked. Our old cat was very patient, but annoyed. It's amazing how calm the baby is now around our older cat.
We made sure to keep the new ones isolated so that our "baby" could get slowly used to their scent without feeling threatened. The attached links should give you some good advice for how to introduce the new kitten into your household.
It's now been several months, and they aren't the best of friends but they do sleep near each other and seem to have a truce going. As time goes on we are sure they will get friendlier toward each other.

if you are going to get a sparkling cat, i might recommend you to get a kitten. that is a lot less demanding on your contemporary cat and the hot addition on your place if the addition is only a kitten incredibly than being yet another person cat. Male cats, incredibly while they are the 1st ones in the living house, tend to get protecting and territorial over the place they stay, so a getting yet another male cat is a debate. Like maximum animals, that is greater advantageous to get dissimilar women or only have one male to the two one or dissimilar women. your place will scent greater, yet i've got stumbled on that via figuring out to purchase a extensive bag of regularly occurring kitty clutter and a few particular particularly high priced scent blocking off kitty clutter and only mixing them one million/2 and one million/2 helps not only the scent, yet in addition your wallet. you additionally can attempt kitty clutter deodorizer from Arm and Hammer and protecting some $0.89 air fresheners around the section. i might say it would be good so you might attend till you progression, yet transferring on your contemporary cat on my own is going to be difficult. in case you're making your cat circulate and upload a sparkling cat to the hot living house, which will upload greater tension on your contemporary cat, which in turn, will tension out the hot one much greater as nicely. in case you get a kitten now and enable the two spend a while at the same time, then circulate, it is going to likely be less demanding for the the two one in all them.

They usually accept them after a while or right away, but with males they like to show who's boss and who's home he might start spraying to let the other now who's teritory he's on.They spray to show there mad or to show another cat that he was there first and he's the man of the house lol.

It's possible because cats are very territorial, especially males. They will get used to each other with time.

I would hope so. Since both will be neutered, they hopefully won't "mark or spray" the home for territory.
They will fight a bit for dominance, that normally won't last too long it will be "loud and rowdy" and yet most times it not painful.
