So long as he has no other symptoms I would assume it's the cold weather. I'd watch him very closely over the next few days however and if he gets worse, take him to the vet for a check-up. If it is just the cold, in the winter months I use heater pads which you heat up in the microwave. You put them under a blanket or the cats bed and they give off heat for up to 12 hours. My siamese are quite delicate and sensitive to cold and they love the heater pads when it's cold.

Most probaly his cold because of the weather. But the best thing to do is to bring it to the Vet. The will give it a good check up!

Hope This Helped!

Cold , my kitten does the same thing , even if they do have fur , they can till get cold. Maybe put a heating pad under a blanket and let him sleep there.Or pull one blanket over him . That's what I do for my kitty.Good luck.

Is he behaving normally otherwise? Eating as usual? Sleeping comfortably? Purring when stroked? Playing? If so then he is unlikely to be ill and you'd be wasting your vet's time by taking him. If not then you should have him checked out.

it might be the cold weather. Best thing to do is to keep your cat indoors where it is warm. my dad's a vet! follow this since he told me to type this.
