I am glad you found 1 person to take at least 1 of the babies.Good luck for finding GOOD homes for the rest. There are so many unwanted cats and kittens,it will be a miracle if you get rid of them. Please do the right thing and spay the mom its a one-time fee that will last a life time, and its so much better for the cat, preventing all kinds of things that are so common in unspayed cats, not to mention saving unwanted kittens from certain death..And as far as getting rid of them try pet stores, shelters, etc.Screen people carefully before just giving them to any one,the kittens need your help in finding good, responsible people to give them a home

Call your local pet shops and ask them if they want them. 12 is a lot of kittens, don't know of a cat that has had that many before. Places like petco or petsmart sometimes unite with animal rescue leagues and have them come in and give the kittens free shots. In return they get a donation from these companies, b/c pet shops charge a lot for a kitten!@@!

im looking after my friends cat and 3 kittens its so lovely, one got poorly so i took him to the vets but he died, but the other 3 are so funny just started running, its very rewarding helping with kittens but ud keep an eye on them as mum only has 8 nipples so some may get left out,in that case take them away and hand feed them with a little medical popper every few hours or go see a vet and ask them or cat protection agency there number should be in your local paper they will take them on.

If you live anywhere near a PetSmart, ask when they have Adopt-A-Cat days. That is how I found homes for my cat's offspring. They work with animal shelters and screen potential cat adopters.
By all means, have mama kitty spayed! It's not expensive, and she will make a better pet.

Please spay your cat before she has another litter, there are too many unwanted kittens in the world, and millions are put to death each year because they cannot be placed in homes.

contact a local rescue, if you offer to foster them until they get old enough to adopt, they'll all find good homes. kittens are adopted pretty quickly. make sure mama is fixed asap
