Take a soft cloth with really warm, not hot, water and gently keep the eyes clean until you can get them to a vet. Although, at this point, this isn't an emergency, they will need to see the vet, sounds like they have an infection and will need amoxi. . Remember to keep the cloth warm, using a clean cloth every time, so as not to spread the infection back to them and use a different cloth for each kitten.
Also, be sure they are flea free. Kittens can become anemic and actually be eaten alive by fleas. If you need suggestions, since they are so young, feel free to email me.

This is not abnormal in kittens that age. Just use a warm moist face cloth or cotton ball and wipe it from the nose outward to keep it clean. If the eye appears to be glued shut, just keep the dampened cloth in place for a moment or two and it will open. I've never seen a litter of kittens where this didn't happen. At that age, they are too young for antibiotics. Just leave them with momma and do the cleaning and it should be OK.

If the rest of the kittens do not have the problem, try using a simple eye solution with no harsh chemicals. This would be like eye drops for tires eyes. This is kind of a dilute saline solution. Before using drops, wipe the eyes with a warm cloth. If the problem persists you'll need to see a vet.

No it is not normal, but it is common for cats and kittens to have upper respiratory issues. You should have a vet check them out, at least the sickest one, and it would be a good idea to do a feline leukemia test on one of them or on mom, because feline leukemia is fatal. But usually all you need is some antibiotic eye ointment and maybe some antibiotic oral drops. Make sure you use an EYE ointment, NOT regular Neosporin.
