Tina was the most intelligent person I knew, and the most descent. She needed a surgery that I had a vet perform, but she got really sick after it and I had to go on a trip I could not cancel, I didn't make it back on time, I was 12 hours late. I was the one that decided the surgery date, and I'm her "owner" at home, there r other members of my family at home but she was mine, and I wasn't there when she died because of the surgery I decided. She was going to be 10 last month, I've had her since she was 2 weeks old.

Just two weeks ago my husband and I found out I was pregnant. I have two dogs and two cats. My dogs act perfectly normal. One cat (female) used to be very aggressive, but now she is unusually affectionate and insist on following me where ever i go in the house. My male cat normally anti-social now sleeps in the bed with me everyday. Can dog and cats sense the soon-be-baby that grows in my womb.

This cat wandered to our back door a few days ago. I'm not sure but I think it's a girl. She's black, brown(or red) and white. She meows all the time. She is also really adorable. She's not shy, and she lets me pick her up sometimes. What should I name her? Also, names that are good for boy and girl cats would work too.

This sounds stupid, i know, but could you walk a cat? You know, like you do a dog? I love my 10 month old kitten and i cant let him out cause hes declawed and we have no fence in our back yard. He seems bored all the time. We play with him but he seems disinterested and meows all the time to go out side.

We just got 2 kittens (5 mo. and 10 mo.) from the humane society last Sunday. Since then, they've both developed symptoms of URI--nasal congestion and discharge, sneezing, wheezing, etc. Their first vet appointment isn't until friday, and because of the holiday weekend, the office is closed until Tuesday. Is there anything I can do over the weekend to help them until I can call the vet on Tuesday? How life threatening is this??

I have these two most adorable kittens, but they constantly pull the sugar and spice act. They will tear up the house or use the bathroom in the house, and we'll throw them out for a little while. But they will come back all sweet where you can't be mad at them and they do it all over again. HELP ME!!!!

Bix is an indoor cat. He escaped and brought me the gifts I related in previous question! Now, get this...I write for a newspaper...and poetry...apparently I wasn't paying enough attention to him, having a poetry manuscript to get out. One night, looking straight at me, he walked over to my computer keyboard and poetry briefcase, lifted his leg, and let it go!!!! I was so mad...I was livid...what can I do? I love this cat!

My kitten loves eating Hills PD (wet food) but when they're was none left, I started feeding her Friskies wet food (she loves Friskies too because her first owner gave it to her, I knew its not good for her which is why I buy her Hills) as a backup food until I went to the vet's office to buy her some more Hills. But when I bought it she didn't want anything to do with the Hills PD stuff (which is really expenisive) and the Friskies and have started eating dry foods all the time. I think it might because she's teething. She's 4 months by the way and recently she had an eye infection which is now gone, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the loss of appetite. Everytime I give her the Hills stuff she just sniffs it and than goes and eats the dry Hills (Science Diet) stuff, I just recently bought for her. Is she teething, does she like the new Hills Science Diet so much that she preferes that over the wet Hills PD or does it have something to do with her eye infection?

I have two cats - male and female, both about 1- year old. The female is pregnant (from the same male) and she'll have kittens in October. Should I separate her and the kittens from the male cat? If yes, when I should separate them and for how long? Is it matter if he's the father of the kittens?
Just mentioning - the male and the female cat are not brother and sister.
