If I understand your description, your cat probably has an ear hematoma. The ear is fat and filled with fluid between the layers of skin? He probably got it from itching his ear (usually caused by an ear mite infection).
To get to your question...the ear hematoma is usually not that painful, it's the itching that is uncomfortable for him and there is nothing that you can safely give a cat for pain. DON'T give Tylenol (Acetaminophin) it's toxic to cats and doesn't work anyway. Your better alternative is to see if you can find a emergency clinic and have him treated. The actual hematoma isn't an emergency and if he's not itching his ear that much he could wait until Tues, but if he's really bothered or you are, take him in. He'll be ok either way.
Hope this helps, I'm a Licensed Veterinary Technician

No aspirin or tylenol, please. They're toxic to cats. The best thing you can probably do is distract him so he doesn't pick at it and make it keep bleeding. If the cat is bleeding, call the vet and tell him/her that you need an emergency consultation...now, not Tuesday.

There is no human medication you should give your cat if you think he is in pain.
All human medications for pain contain a substance that is deadly to the cat, destroying the liver irreparably with only a small dose.

I am not sure what you can give the cat, but I am sure a 24 hour vet exists somewhere near your house. You can at least call and find out what you can give it. But please do not give it anything until you know. I had a cat die because my mother gave mine a children's tylenol.

No. they don't sense the experience like we human beings do. it fairly is through fact we've a critical worried equipment working with the aid of our vertebra (spine) which sends messages to our recommendations. this means that if if our leg is harm, we sense the discomfort on the actual recommendations. on the different hand, the bugs are non-vertebra and that they have got not got critical worried equipment. subsequently if an ant's leg is overwhelmed, basically the leg will sense interior of reach discomfort. in addition to, their discomfort value is short, through fact they produce great variety of off springs and their existence is short. they are able to additionally reproduce their lost organs. it fairly is been mentioned that in case you decrease a cockroach's head, it is going to die after a month through starving. Scientists have decrease a lobster's leg and feed him, which he ate. it is likewise actual that different than for human beings no different animal is time-honored with of its life.
