Yesturday morining I check my kitten to see if she has fleas, I first check the ear because thats where the fleas are then when I see stuff that looked like fleas I took one out of that area and I freaked out, I called my sister for reassurance and when she felt it, it felt flaky but I was half asleep so I still feaked out. When I came back from work I went straight to the bathroom to try to wash the flea eggs off but when I was done there was no "flea eggs" anymore so was it flea eggs or dandruff??

He was neutered when he was six months old. He is now 11 years old. Up until these last two months, he was quiet. Since he got out, accidentally, he's been yowling all the time-he gets really bad at night,. He paces from door to door to window. I've tried time out in a carrier. That just made matters worse. I've tried giving him special attention. I've tried ignoring him. I even put him out when he got so loud, I couldn't concentrate on anything and he was waking up my husband. We live in a one bedroom apt. We have two other cats-one younger male-one elderly female, both spayed, neutered- so he's not lonely. He's been aggressive with them too.

He is healthy and eliminates fine so no problems there. I even tried putting in ear plugs. Not a good idea on a regular basis.

Help. We are having a hard time sleeping and I'm starting a new job. At this rate, we may have to have him put down. He bites strangers so adoption is not an option. We love him a lot, but he is driving us nuts.

Yesterday I bought placemats for the table and when I got up this morning, the cat had gotten on the table and chewed some ends off of an artificial plant. Then he threw it up in the middle of 1 of the placemats.

I have an 8 month old kitten. Up until about 2 months ago I was feeding him Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul kitten food. His coat was great-no shedding, but his poops were not as firm as they should be. I switched him to Royal Canin kitten food. Poops are great but the shedding is awful. Could this be from the food switch or is it from shedding baby fur? He is a medium fur length, and I have had cats like this before-but don't remember this much shedding. I am wiping hair from my kitchen floor every night. My vet says he is the picture of health. I took a shedding blade to him today, and got enough hair off him to make another kitten!! Thanks in advance for the advice!!

i have a 5 month old female cat who seemed lonely so i got her a kitten to play with. the new arrival is 3 months old and also a female. the 5 moth old hisses and growls at her and wants to attack the much smaller kitten. the 3 month old is very playful and just lays there when the 5 month old hisses and growls. the 5 month old is now hissing at me but not my boyfriend who lives with me. im the one that brought in the new cat and i think that might be why. how long should it take for them to get along and will the 5 month old be herself again? please feel free to answer i need all the advice i can get. thanks sasha

We've managed to train the dog to stop barking at her, but now she's kind of cocky, because we kept disciplining the dog, but not her. I guess she thinks she's the queen.

She hisses and growls every time he enters a room, and now this big old dog is afraid of her! She's only 8 weeks old.

It started last night when I went into the kitchen. I filled up her bowl and she looked at me. All of a sudden, she tumbled over into her bowl. After that she ran upstairs to her hideaway. I thought nothing of it, but a few minutes ago my brother was upstairs with her and he came running down calling to me: 'Jessie's fallen over!' He described it and it was exactly like what had happened last night. She had also gone running back to her hideaway that time as well. Is she just growing clumsy because of her age (15) or might there be something wrong with her?

I think my cat is in labor. she hasn't eaten much today or yesterday. (even less than usual). What are the most important things to know. I've never had a cat get pregnant(I'M 20) and if anything happens to my cat it'll break my heart. Also i want to weigh and know the sex of the kittens to ensure their health. Can I touch the kittens. Me and my cat are very close and have been since day, one over a year ago. She sleeps on me. she even sleeps in front of my bedroom door until I come out in the morning. Do u think were close enough for me to touch them and not have the kitten abandoned by their mom
