Isn't he adorable? His name was Linus at the humane society. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/paineless4/detail?.dir=1c57re2&.dnm=e50dre2.jpg&.src=ph I was thinking of keeping it linus but it doesn't seem to be sticking. Any other suggestions.

I wan't to know how to make my cat's life longer, it's 18 years old in human years, and it's already showing sign of aging like falling down a flight of stairs, and falling off ledges. What is recommended for me to do for this cat in it's last days, how can I prolong the cat's life?

I have a beautiful ,loving , playful, smart , kind , affectionate , funny, large male tabby . He is not fat , just large .( Big feet, long legs , I love them and kiss them all the time ) .My question is when I took him to the vet this year to get his annual checkup and booster shot , he is 1 1/2 years old, he weghs 16lbs. The vet said he could loose a bit of weight but he is a large cat. I only feed him the best quality food - now it is diet , but there is no change . Should I be worried ? He is very healthy no heatlth problems

We have a 2 1/2 years old, free-spirited, outdoor, city-cat. He brings bugs, mice and small birds in the house on a daily bases. He lost his right eye in a territorial dispute when he was only one year old. We've tried to convert him to an indoor type and it's not going to happen anytime soon. He turns into the Tasmanian Devil. His name is "Ike" AKA: "The Ikernator". The little guy has developed what looks like a swollen gland in the left side of the neck area under his chin. We have antibiotics called that was left over from his eye surgery and wonder if we should start him on them. Help will be very much appreciated.

some of you asked for more info of why he went for me, he knocked a photo frame over in my living room, a bit later i noticed it, went to put it back right, and he came for me from the ding -room has he spotted me there , i.m wondering if he thinks that its his territory because he loves the window sill, i keep him has a house cat, but he is loved lots, had had all his injections and has lots of toys and plenty of plants, do you think he could be frustrated? i,m scared of losing him if i let him out, i take him in the garden every day but not to roam around, my neighboor thinks i,m cruel, but i dont and i know everyone is entitled to a opinion in life! thanks again

My 12 week old Kitten jumps out of her litterbox before she is "finished" pottying, and I dont mean urinating.....
then she drags her behind on the carpet to remove the excess that sticks to her. How can I get her to stop? I've taken her to the vet and had her wormed and checked out...what now?

She has heaps of toys, lots of 'outside' time, but she has a continual habit of 'covering her stuff' in the litter tray even if she hasnt used it? Its like she does it for the sake of it everytime she passes it? its driving me mad cos it goes everywhere but more to the point, why does she do it?

I know "most" cats HATE water. my 2 year old female can't stand the sight of any water(except her water bowl). but my kitten absolutly loves it!!!! it's soooooo funny to watch. I obviously can't use a spray bottle full of water for trying to train him to stay off of things. LOL!!! my kitties a little crazy. I wasn't going to ask a question I just wanted to see what you would say about my water kitty!!! oh, but for some reason he hates baths. go figure!!! makes no sense to me!! =^-^=

i took them to the vets this morning (Monday 14th Aug) and was advised to use stronghold i put this on both of them, i am just worried that them being in the house for 24 hours untreated the fleas may have layed eggs, they have only been in the downstairs of my house as they can not get up stairs. It's laminate flooring downstairs with a rug should i be worried and do something or am i over reacting?
