I would give it time and the other one will get fleas trust me on this I have a fair few cats.
If you would like info on flea products email me. I believe the best one is Revolution it does 3 out of the 4 life stages of the flea but you also need to treat where your pets live and sleep.
if you would like more info www.myspace.com/darkrose86 I do know what im talking about I done a course at tafe and parasites was one of the things covered.

All the kittens, and your house, has fleas. You need to treat them all with shampoo or frontline, vaccuum/dust/spray your house, etc. Kitties often eat the fleas when they groom themselves, and the siblings and mother help. Does it seem like the cleaner kitten gets groomed more? Or does he have shorter fur, which is easier to groom? The cleaner one could have a stronger immune system that naturally repels fleas more, or the fleas may just prefer the other kitty more...just like some people get bugged by mosquitos more than others. Good luck!

He could be getting them if there are eggs on him that you can't see yet. Contact your vet right away for proper medications. Don't use flea collars - some kittens have horrible reactions to them.

Fleas don't stay on the cats, most of the time they're living in the environment - you must treat the kitties and the home.

I had two cats from the day they were born up to now at 14 years old. And one cat would seem to atrack fleas and the other didn't and if he would get a bug on him he would go crazy till he got it off. I had never asked the vet. but just assumed it's like me, I can roll around in poison ivy and not get it and others get it if they stand near it. p.s. I would know that he didn[t get the fleas because every day I would go over him with a fine toothe comb.

maybe the sweat or smell of your invict kitten does not attract or even reject the fleas... once my brother got lounces, they passed to my mother and at the end i was the only one who didn't have them... even though i shared the pillows and bed with them while watching tv

It probably has to do with a slight difference in coat. Please treat them both with a reputable product, it's unhealthy for them to have fleas and can lead to anaemia and tapeworm and a few other diseases.
