I just got home from town and found 2 kittens under my bed ( I didn't know my cat was pregnant as she was a stray and we only had her 3 weeks). Anyway, one of the kittens had its stomach completely ripped open! I dont' know why or how this happened. Has anyone ever seen this before. There are no other animals in the house. Please help!

Ive found 2 stray kittens and i took them home and ive been taking care of them...well the both like to play with eachother and the other day i went to go find the other kitten because it likes to hide in places and sleep..while i picked it up on of it eyes are really red and it was running/watery and she could barly open it...today it looks a little better and she can open it now but its still red and it looks like it pussing...i think that one of the other cats maybe scrachted her in the eye..i cannot afford to bring her to the vets so ive been using warm water with a cloth and rubbing her eye gently with it..is their anything else i can do to cure it????

My kitten lives both indoors and out. It prefers outdoors in the morning and in the afternoon/night it likes to be inside. It is 9 weeks. Ive had the male kitten for a month. Should i buy it a scratching post or a bed. My kitten likes to climb so height is no problem. The post has an enclosed sleeping area in the bottom, a scratcher inda middle, and a flat rugged surface on the top. It looks super confrotable. My dads going to sell it to me. Should i buy the scratching post or a bed. Am asking this because my dads cat has never used the scratching post at all whatsoever. Do You think my cat will do the same thing. Thanks. 10 ptz for best answer...

decided he loves me and my house. Its funny. In fact, now he spends most of his time over here.
Why is this? I dont believe its because I spend more time with him or have better food. He just seems to enjoy being here.
This is not the first time something like this has happened. What makes me so attractive to animals?

I nearly hit 2 kittens this morning on my way to the gas station. They were fine so I went on to get gas. When I came back both kittens were in the same area where I had seen them earlier. I felt bad and tried to catch them both to bring them home. One ran off but I was able to get one. They were strays. Okay, the kittenlooks about 5-6 weeks old. I bought her some cat food and she's had 2 cans today. My problem is she hasn't went to the bathroom. Is there some special kind of cat food I should have gotten her? My fiance thinks she isn't using the bathroom because this is probably the first time she's eaten in a few days. What else could be wrong with her?

My female cat had 7 babies. 1 died at delivery, the mother died 2 days later due to surgery because she had a dead kitten inside of her and then 2 kittens died last night and 1 this morning. Now I am left with 3 babies and one of them is struggling to breathe. She has all of the symptoms that the others had. When she breathes there is a popping sound in her lungs. I took them to the vet but he just suggested putting them down. Any suggestions on how I can get the fluid out of the one's lungs?
