We have 4 cats and I am starting to suffer from allergies that require medication and I need to cut down on the cat population in the house. I want his favorite cat to go first. But if something happens to his cat he'll accuse me first. Suggestions??

I've got two. The long-haired reminds me more of a lion simply due to the way his coat of fur looks; the short-haired reminds me more of a panther with his body shape and hunting. How about yours?

why do people get animals and not have the money to take care of them with quality food, and health care, I hope they never have children.

I just don't get it! I understand that people may hit bad times but responcible pet owners would think ahead and have some money set aside for emergencies so sick and injured cats can get the care they need.

The place where I am thinking about moving to, does not allow pets, yet when the landlord comes in, he brings 2 of his dogs, and they run all over the place. I have a kitty, that is litter box trained, and declawed. I rescued her from the shelter, and she had already been declawed. I am seriously thinking about sneaking her in, what do you think?

I was cleaning my house yesterday and caught my cat drinking the floor cleaner from the bucket. I rinsed her mouth out and forced water down her throat, but she is not eating or moving much today. What should I do?

I mean it's sooooooo much better for them in the long run. they're become happier and healthier. I mean, even if you keep them inside, it doesn't matter because they could possibly sneak out one day when you're not looking. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and I can tell that they are all spayed/neutered. I think that some people are just plain ignorant. no offense. what do ya'll think about this situation?

I rescued a pregnant mommy cat a couple of weeks ago. She is soooo darling!!! I can tell that she is about to give birth soon. She is so large. Now, yesterday I noticed that she was spotting blood. Does this mean that she is going to give labor, or that something is horribly wrong. She hasn't changed her temperment. Still calm and sweet. I know that when they prepare for labor they get testy and hide. That is the opposite with her. I don't truely have the extra monies to take her to the vet right now. Any help I can get would be so appreciated. Thank you.

I ran over a cat the other night and freaked out and put it in my trunk. Now my trunk smells. How do you remove dead cat smell from your upholstery? I wish I had put it in a bag or something. Please help, it smells soooooo bad.

Where do you get your animals? Do you get them from the humane society, a rescue, pet shop, breeder, or a stray?

My cat had 5 baby kittens 3 days ago. How long do I need to wait until I can pet or hold the kittens? The mom is a very friendly cat and is very used to our smell. Also we have a male cat who is fixed and is not the father - how long do we need to keep him seperated from the mother cat and kittens? Thanks for any advice.

implanted inside by his shoulder blade. I know that it's like a shot when they put one in, and it has a number and the owners personal information with that particular number. but I was just wandering, how does all of this work? what's the microchip look like (if it looks like anything). I think that this is really neat for my kitten to have. I was just curious on how it stays inside him though and stuff like that. any suggestions? thanx!
