i was just joking i work at the LRHS so i know the diffrence this girl called and ask us that because she said i have 2 female indoor cats and one of them had kittens and we were like ok airhead so i was just joking around because i thought it was funny and wanted to know what other people thought of it.

well, maybe you should be asking your parents about the difference between male and female cats. I'll give you a hint, the females can give birth.

Actually, if you mean the behavioral differences, I have found that male (neutered) and female (spayed) cats are all very different..regardless of sex. I do believe that male cats seem to attach more to women and female cats to men. Also, male cats tend to spray sometimes even after neutering. Finally, there are more health issues with a neutered male than a spayed female and diet is really important to prevent crystals in the bladder.
Best thing to do is go to the pound and find any cat (not kitten) which you have a good feeling about.

What is the diffrence: Female cats can have kitties and will protected hre babies and keep them safe...Male cats are very independed an likes to play,The role of head of the house hold...But i think the female is more gentle and loving that the males...Butterd: i believe it means to fat or over weigh...

You mean physically? Same difference as between a man and a woman.

Never heard of buttered, except like what you do to corn. Do you perhaps mean "neutered?" If so, that's removing the gonads from the male so that it cannot reproduce.

a male cat has a penis and a female cat has a vagina, i've never her of butterd, where did you hear that term?

Female cats are way more affectionate towards you. Males are more independent.

Depending on your age ask one of your parents, they should be your ONLY source of information, or you can call someone in a pet store or a local vet........
