My 2 bird feeder are positiones about 5ft high hanging off a tree in the middle of the garden, one is full of peanuts, the other a mixture of seeds. There are plenty of birds in the garden yet none seem particularly interested. Is it because the feeder is too exposed? I am confused.

My daughter used to have 2 parakeets. But one died unexpectedly. And she got so upset and she wanted another bird before so she could train it to play with her. We didn't realize until we bought the birds that they will bond with eachother and not you.
IS there ANY way to train a bird that has no bond with you and so you can bond with eachother?

i live in Western Massachusetts ,and i found a pale white egg in the woods. I found it on the ground, and it has already ahtched. The egg is 65 by 43mm. I have know clue what it is, i am getting reall annoyed. I was wondeinr if anyone would be able to tell what this is by my desription, and if you can't, do you know of an egg identification webiste. Oh, and i asked the mass audubahn, and they think that it could possibly be an owls egg, but they arent' sure.It is about the same size as a chicken egg, but the color is different slightly, and i dont know of any wild chickens! If yo ucan awnser my quesiton, that would be excellent!
