I once found a website, that dealt in abondoned, abused, or otherwise neglected parrots, that needed a good home, but I can't remember now the address. do some searches like (adoptaparrot.com), (parrotrescue.com) etc. etc. and see what you come up with!! I have an Orange-Winged amazon parrot I love and has been a part of my family for 10 years. Even though she requires a lot of my time, she is worth every minute. When a parrot bonds with you, it's for life.
