A red nose usually means the opposite, it often means that they are particularily warm. Because I can't see it, I don't know what you mean by 'shaking'. Does she look very distressed? Do you normally keep a heater by the cage? Are there any unusual smells around, or have you fed her anything different?
I would make certain her environment is as normal as possible, even if that means moving the heater away. If she is a social bird, pick her up and see what her temperature is like. (Their feet are good indicators, just have her stand on your finger and see if she feels really warm.) A warm temperature does not always mean a 'cold', but it can. I wouldn't worry too much about just the sneezing or the warm temperature unless it continues for more than a day or two. (Or if the sneezing is constant.) If you take the heat away and she still looks distressed after 30 minutes, then I would go to a vet. (By distressed I mean acting very out of character - can't get comfortable)
If you can provide any more information, please do - I'll do what I can to offer what I've seen with my birds. If you're ever really unsure or worried, again take her to a vet. It'll mean peace of mind for you.

If your bird is lying lifeless in the bottom of the cage..take her to an avian vet immediately. I have a healthy teil for 12 years now and Im very careful not to allow any smoking near,...i send my guests outside to smoke in -40 weather! She may be sneezing because she is molting as birds produce more feather dust @ this time.

Cockatiels don't have a nose they have beaks that are very sensitive, yet strong. I have not yet to see a red one on my tiels, but the question about sneezing concerns me. Do you or anyone in your home smoke cigarette? I almost lost my tiel, because I did not realize that it was causing him harm, cos all the windows are open. In my situation with my tiel I made sure there was plenty of fresh air not cold air blowing on him. Cooking with teflon pans, if he is in the area can cause his distress. And finally the shaking could be her just trying to take the powder off her feathers, and shaking so much to me means she has more than the powder to deal with. See your Avian vet and I wish you well with your friend for life.

Is she eating ? Hows her dropping are they solid or runny ? The best bet would be to take her to a vet ! But make sure the vet specials in birds ! They most likely give you some antibiotics . Good luck hopefuly your bird will get better soon !

It probably isn't good. Maybe she's hot though. Be sure she's not. If she goes to the bottom of the cage that is really bad. Take her to a doctor if you can okay? Talk payments.

If I were you I would take her to an avian vet just to be sure. If she is sneezing a lot then she is probably sick.
