he has been brought pretty much all around our city and other cities he is just a pain, always around people and other dogs hes just stupid some people say and I just say hes doing it to be anoyying because he stares at me when I say no and just still barks until I correct him then he stops, but he just is ignorant he has been trained in classes and everything and is just being out of the ordinary, hes going to have to get use to other dogs or he has to go because we have other dogs we want to get and have in our life so I dunno I have had it because I cant worry at work weather my dog is going to kick the hell out of my other dogs I get or if hes just being unobedient.

My dog used to bark and bite at the same time and we emptied a soda can and filled it with pennies and taped the top. When the dog would bark we would shake the can in the room. The dog hated the noise and would stop barking because the noise was so annoying.

I would recommend paying more attention to him. Play with him any chance you get, barking dogs usually want attention (or they smell/see/hear something suspicious). If your dog barks at strangers, take him on long walks and have him meet everybody around. If he barks at any other pets, hold him in front of them for a while (enough so that he can sniff them, but not take a bite at them).

The main idea is to get him acquainted with the world so that it doesn't seem so suspicious to him.

Hold him in your lap and put a blanket over his face. Not really tight, but so he can't shake it off. Pet him gently and don't take the blanket off until he stops barking. Keep the blanket out of sight until he starts up again. Keep doing this, and eventually when you take out the blanket he will know to stop barking. (Make sure you only have it out when need it.)

A bird that barks? I think you should euthanize him immediately.
