One of the Seagulls that come to a store parking lat has a fish and a lure on his beak. He is not able to open the beak, so he can't eat. A lady, who noticed the seagull yesterday, my boyfriend and I were trying to cutch it with a fitting sheet today, but didn't get any success. The seagull will be there again tomorrow. Any tips how we could cutch it before it starves to death?

I live in a townhouse complax in Las Vegas, NV my folks don't have a back yard but we do have a balcony. My Mom planned to get a minature tree to put on the balcony, I was told by someone that mourning doves might build a nest in it. Hardly anyone goes out on the balcony except our 1 year old Pug who is out there 2 or 3 times a day.

But do you think that putting a minature tree on the balcony will attract mourning doves into using it as a nest site?

Does anyone know a reasonable source? Perhaps someone makes them. It must be organic, never sprayed with ANYTHING!

i previously wrote about my bird - i threw out some of his toys and now he doesn't seem to leave his closet. I appreciate all the advice i got. I didn't throw out all his toys, i knew that would be tramatic, so i left 3 of his favorites. and replaced the other ones he didn't play with anymore. I think i mis-spoke about that in my previous question. Also, he seems to be bonding with the new stuffed animals more than his old favorites. I tried taking the toys out of the closet and place them across the hall as someone had mentioned. but he still jsut sits in the closet. I'm going to consult the vet about this but she's not available to see him for another week. He recently started getting cataracs also, i'm not sure if it's a mixture of that and the molting and the stuffed animals. He's also very old. I'm just perplexed because i replace his toys every year for the past 19 years, jsut as i did this year and he's never acted like this. thanks agian for the help.

I've had my cockatiel for about 6 months now and i noticed he likes to play around the mirror. Sometimes after he sings he goes to the mirror and bangs his beak (in an up and down motion) against it. He also bobs his head freely whenever he is out of the cage. Can someone explain to me why he does this?

What type of bird should I use? Seeing-eye birds are the next big thing. When I get all the details worked out, I'm going to be famous.
