We have a cockatiel that likes to poop and run. She usually picks one of us to be the "potty" for the evening, so she'll poop on that person and run to the other person. She also has certain spots she likes to poop in, but I wouldn't call them considerate....

I would hope I'd be discreet, but who knows, when you gotta go, you gotta go. My African Grey is really good about it. She gets very anxious if she's on me, backing up and doing this little dance, I take her over to the paper and she goes. When she's in her play area she goes in the corner away from her toys. I didn't teach her this, I guess she's just a clean little girl.
