I have a cat who likes to try what I am eating. When she hears the rustle of the potato chip bag she comes running for a few crumbled pieces of potato chip. Maybe it's the salt.

I have a 2 yr. old pug/chiuhuahua mix who is an absolute joy, except in the mornings. Whenever either my mom or I try to pick her up to take her outside she starts to growl, show her teeth, and snap at us. She's never done this before and only in the past few weeks or so has she started to do it every morning. The strange thing is, this only happens in the mornings. If we wake her from a nap during the day she's absolutly fine, no problems what so ever. Normally she's a very playful and loving dog and very attached to my mom and me. Does anyone have a clue what could be going on? And if so, any advice on how to break her of this habit?

We have in insane amount of geese on campus (like seriously over 100)...my friend (a girl) is afraid of them and refuse to walk near them. I think they are cute and give them food and stuff, but she is terrified of them. I try to explain that they cant really hurt her, but she wont list. How much harm can a goose actually do to an adult female

I have had 2 cats for years, Sassy and Rascal, but in February Rascal got out and never came back. A friend got me a kitten and I named him Taz. I thought Sassy was going to kill him a time or 2 the way she hissed and carried on with him, now she is fine with him though. Now I just came home from the grocery and there is the absolute cutest little baby kitten just sitting on my steps. Never even seen a cat roaming in the neighborhood. Weird. Lord, I don't know what to do. He is so cute. My daughter is 17 (only child) and will be leaving in a few years and I am going to be known as the weird cat lady with 3 cats! He is sooooo cute though - dang it, I don't know what to do!

My bulldog puppy has lots of stuffed animals he plays with all the time, especially a teddy bear he got for Valentine's that he likes to "hump." Is it safe to wash these in the washing machine and if so, any tips on how? If I wash them, will he stop playing with them like he did before? And should I also wash out his rubber chew toys? Thanks for the help!

I don't want any rude answers, or anyone telling me that I shouldn't sell them because they are mutts...or about all the dogs in shelters. So only reasonable answers please!!

I have a purebred Shiba Inu that I payed 1400$ for, and a purebred Poodle I payed 400$ for. This is the 2nd liter of puppies. I charged 50$ before because they were mutts. I did some research on the internet and found I could charge about 300$ for them.
I was wondering if 200$ would be a reasonable price. The first liter everyone wanted these puppies, they are absolutely adorable (even though they are not purebreds) they have the cutest face...I kept one of them and when everyone seen him they wanted him, asked if there was more, everyone wants these puppies.
I'm not trying to make a "profit" or treating my dogs/puppies as a product, I payed alot for my dogs, and feel that 200$ is a reasonable price, just asking for opinions. If you want to see pictures you can E-mail me Stuckinyourheart@yahoo.com

We have people over alot and we got our pup a month ago. He's so sweet and hes great once you get to know him, but i think he scares my friends a little because he just barks and growls for sometimes 20 mins on and off until he realizes they're not gonna kill him (LOL). Is there anything i can do to make the experiance of people at the house more pleasurable for him? can i calm him down in some way? Thanks.

Me and my girlfriend just adopted another cat,Tiger, from her sister. We took him in b/c the sister completely ignored the poor thing. Kept Tiger in her basemant hid whole life with no interaction to the rest of the family, no love or attention or care!!! My God she only took him to the vet when he was a kitten!!! Now he's nine. Seems to get along so far with our other three. But his one canine teeth is going bad but not so bad he's not eatting. But when I took him to the vet to update him, the vet said he had ginsivitis. His breath is pretty foul and I just don't think that a cleanning will do anything.
Does anyone out there have any good suggestions? PLease only answer if you know of something that may work. No silly answers please. Thanks to all that answer :).

Ok I found this cat a few weeks ago starving, took him to the vet who said other than being way too thin, and missing his tail and a toe, seems to be in good condition. Hes slowly becoming a picky eater, but today went nuts when I made chicken and dumpling soup. I ate the dumplings and carrots out of it and gave the rest to him. He ate it like a maniac.

I had heard that it is safe to give a cat chicken as a treat (hey if it gets the poor guy some weight), but just wanted to make sure the broth was ok for them too.

His pickiness went from eating anything I put in front of him, to poo pooing the wet food, and then stopped eating much of the dry food. Still drinking plenty of water. I don't plan on letting him just eat chicken though don't worry, I can't afford that!
