The Live Aquaria and That Pet Place websites listed above are some good ones.

Here are a few additional websites for you specializing in saltwater fish:
http://www.marinedepotlive.com/
http://www.tropicalfishoutlet.com/
http://www.saltwaterfish.com/

And one for both freshwater and saltwater: http://www.aquabid.com/

If you go to a typical aquarium store, the fish will have been shipped there. Shipping is normally part of the process for getting fish into the stores, I know, I own a store. That said, they are usually in better shape and Venice Girl is right, you would do better in a decent shop instead of ordering online, especially in the heat of the summer (assuming you live in the northern hemisphere). Consider that when you buy online, you don't get to pick the fish you want from the tank, you can't get the biggest, or the brightest , or the best color... you get what they send you. Also, you pay shipping. Better to spend the shipping money on gas and drive to a pet store, even if it's a hour away.

I have heard good things about http://www.liveaquaria.com/ as well.

I've heard some horror stories about buying fish online. The post office doesn't seem to care that there are live fish in those packages. I've heard where the packages have been delivered smashed and crushed and all the water has leaked out and the fish is dead and dried up or on its way to death. And even if the fish is delivered all in one piece, it's a big enough stress to simply be driven from the local fish store to home. Can you imagine what the stress must be like being tossed from person to person, plane to truck and back again, half way across the country? I have heard that not a lot of shipped fish live. Please choose a reputable local fish store. I think you'll be happier.

I've driven 4+ hours to shop at this place more than once. Think Wal-Mart sized store, about 75% fish. Amazing!
