I put my dogs Kong in the dishwasher. I wouldnt' worry about their rubber toys. Dogs mouths don't hold a lot of bacteria so they probably aren't festering with germs. It won't hurt to wash them with some gentle dishsoap in the sink, just make sure to rinse them really well because the soap can be toxic. Stuffed animals are okay to wash, just put them on gentle. When they come out sqeeze excess water out and if you can hang them up somehow to dry. They might loose a bit of their shape, but I doubt the dog will care. I doubt he would loose interest in his toys, just work extra hard to get some more of his slobber on there : )

Yes, I wash my dogs' toys quite frequently. I use non-bio gel capsules and a fabric softener and they always come out of the washing machine looking like new again.
By the time my dogs have dragged all their toys, stuffed and rubber toys alike, through the muddy garden for a week or so, they look disgusting and although I know it won't take long before they'll get dirty again, I feel happier when they have all had a good wash and freshen up.

YES, they should all be washed periodically to kill any germs breeding inside and rinse off any other ickies that might have gotten on them. You can use your normal laundry detergent in your washing machine for the stuffed toys, remove squeakers if you can or else they might not work when you're done and the rubber and plastic toys can be washed in the dishwasher with normal soap (recommend using the top rack). Use the hottest settings you can on all the items and make sure the soft plush type toys are completely dried inside before giving back to doggy to play with.
All the dog's toys should be routinely washed and more so when you see visible staining or dirt.

I stick my dog's stuffed animals in the wash with my regular laundry and she's always gone back to playing with them!
for rubber toys, I'd reccomend hand washing like you'd wash a dish or pan. Gentle scrubbing with soap and water should get them clean!

I wash my dogs toys every now and then when they get a little 'funky'. Fortunately I have a female, so I don't have your problem. Just throw them in the wash on gentle or delicate. Don't use too much soap. He shouldn't mind at all. My dog doesn't.

When my dogs were pups I washed their stuffed chew toys. I put them into a pillow case and tied the top closed with a shoe lace and threw them into the washer on gentle cycle. Make sure their washable first. I still wash some of the toys they chew on. Bacteria can grow on them too. Just toss them into the dish pan with some dish detergent and give then a scrub and rince them off very well.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU8EF
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Yeah, if they get them yucky, and drag them around all the time you should wash them regularly.. You put them in the washer, put in your soap and let it go... The kongs and things like that should be washed after every time you put something inside of them.. That's just so germy and dirty not to clean them after putting something inside.. You can put them in the washer too if you have a good one.. Make sure you wash with old towels or sheets, that will soften the blow of the toys bouncing around. Otherwise you can put the kong thru the dishwasher..
