They make a sound that sounds like a full grown Bengal tiger. They go "RAH".
It is such a funny sound. Have you ever stepped on a cat's foot and heard it?.. My father used to wear big heavy wingtips and clunk up the stairs sometimes stepping on the cat's tail or foot, and I could always hear "Rah"., it is so funny...

I've been reading up on alot of websites, found out that the kibble-based diet I feed my dog right now could be deteriorating his health, and causing a decrease in coat/skin health, and he does look pretty dull-coated. But, I've also read the sicknesses that can happen from the BARF diet. My dog is a male White German Shepherd/Yellow Lab mix, 10 months.. Would you reccomend feeding BARF diet, another homemade diet, or some kind of kibble? Also, what brand of kibble would you suggest, or maybe a free plan for the BARF/Homemade diet?

I walk both my dogs on gentle leaders and find it amazing the amount of people who think they are muzzled they obviously can't tell the difference, one lady even told her children that my dogs were nasty dogs thats why they wore them, does anybody else have this trouble?

I have my Betta in a 10 Gallon now, and I would like to know what I can keep in his old 1.5 Gallon, just to have something on my desk.

Please also tell me how often I will need to do water changes and of how much.

Shrimp, what kind should I get? Benefits of them? I'd like some for my 10 gallon, how many? I'll have around 4 fish in the 10 gallon....Corys, Mollies, Platys, or tetras.

I have a cat who hides everytime my neices and nephews come to visit, or whenever the repairman comes over.... It is so funny... She just automatically hides, knowing she wants no part of it.

well i am up tonight taking care of a kitten my son (20) found with its umbilical cord still attached. He looked for signs of mother or other kittens but found nothing so he brought it home. He takes a bottle, but not easily. takes a while for him to get the hang of it still. I wash him with a warm wet cloth like his mother would and hope for the best. I am going to call the city animal shelter to see if there are any nursing mothers that might take this baby as her own until he is old enough to bring home. Any encouraging words for me? Advice? I have other animals and they are curious about the baby but are not too interested. :)

I am really starting to get annoyed by all these stupid questions, mainly in the dogs section. Here is a list of the questions that I find the most frustrating!

1. How much 4 my pups?
YOU'RE NOT A REGISTERED BREEDER!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY ARE YOU BREEDING!!!!!!

2. What dog do I want..... Oh, it has to sleep in my room, but still go outside, not shed, and be really friendly. What should I get?

3. I can't afford my vets bills and my little baby poodle looks ill?

4. My chihwhawua won't wear the little pink coat I bought for her?

5. I want to breed my dog?

6. Where can I get a designer dog?

7. What should I call my puppy? Here are some names. Fifi, Bubbles, Fluffy, Munchkin, TeddyBear, Princess.

I feel like screaming!!! There are loads more of these stupid questions, please state them in your answers!
P.S: I spelt chihuahua wrong on purpose in question number 4!

Getting rid of them is NOT an option since they are all part of our family and dearly loved. But they are ruining my house! Is there a product that I can use on things like woodwork, furniture, etc that keeps them away? Thanks for your help!

We just got him 2 weekls ago and he is living in our apt.. but for the first time today he pooped on the FLOOR and I saw something that looked like white mucus, but I looked closer and it was actually WORMS! They were alive and crawling

How did my puppy get worms???

I got my dwarf puffers today and as usual they don't eat much on the first day. But i washed my tank with no soap or chemicals and my tank was cloudy. I thought it would wear off because it's hot water but it didn't!!!! Later 1 dwarfpuffer kinda went K.O. and it just floated twitching. And now another one looks like it's gonna die over night...Yup i just checked and its all swimming offbalanced now. PLEASE help me save my little poor puffer!!!

Hi i want to set my fish tank up but i know NOTHING!!!! about fish or tanks or anything! lol so i need step by step help please!!
when i 1st set it up it was to the instructions what came with the tank. for some reason my fish dies after 3 days :-(
my tank had got like a residue on the service of the water so i think it might of been that what did it. i got told it might of been from the plastic plants and rocks i had put in. i emptied some of the water to start again but it ened up being left. now it has been standing like that for months. i emptied the rest of the water out yesterday and the glass is dirty as hell, ants had tried to build a nest in my filter (i have a ant problem in the house) and ants are now in the gravel. how do i clean it to get rid of the ants and dirty marks? is it best to put live plants in with slate or bogwood for them to hide? how do i look after live plants? how do i know if my fish are actually going to stay alive this time? PLEASE HELP!

My husband and I babysat two kittens for about 2 1/2 days a couple of weeks ago. A few days later, we had broken out with ringworm (the family who owns the kittens also has it, but much worse). We are about 2 weeks in of treating the fungus on us, but I am concerned that it may be all over our couch, where the kittens slept while they were here. Is there some sort of special shampoo or cleaner that I can get to clean my couch with? I can't take anything off of the couch and wash it, so it must be something that I can apply to the couch as is. Thanks!

So, I want a dog so bad. In mind, a beagle. My mom wouldn't mind having a puppy but she is allergic. I want to find a dog allergy medicene. I have a two month old kitten and he claws everything.I have considered de-clawing but, I have heard that it is painful and it might also change them and make them mean,sad,or moody.I have a sofa that is completely torn up by him.I love him to death and I can't really think of any other options.Do you think de-clawing is an ok thing to do or do you think it is cruel.I was wondering if anyone has any ideas to keep him from clawing everything I own.Thank you very much.Have a good day.

We have 2 of the most beautiful Pomeranians ever - they both have very loving, sweet dispositions about them. So recently my husband and I decided to adopt a third one. We wanted to give an unwanted pet a good, loving home. So we adpoted a another Pomeranian, Valentino. He is so sweet, loving and gets along with the other 2 just great. The problem, I love birds. so my husband has put bird feeders along with bird houses in our back yard making a beautiful bird sancuary - our new addition is a bird killer. He has killed 5 of my baby birds in the last month and I don't know how to break him of it - we have never had this problem with our other 2 so it really has us stumped - we have a really nice fenced in back yard w/a pet door so the dogs may come and go as they please - our neighbors have cats so the front yard is really out of the question and getting rid of him is not an option - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
