praise her when she does it correctly.
but don't YELL and SCREAM at her when she does it inside, your dog won't get it. they'll think that you're just mad at nothing and will get mad at nothing and is unpredictable in dog-language.
take her outside once when she wakes up in the morning the first thing. then maybe after her breakfast, then maybe once again in the afternoon. she should go on a walk so that she can pee and poop else where also. (remember to pick the poop up though) then you can take her outside again after dinner.
if you see your dog peeing or pooping. go up to your dog and say NO. obviously, she's already starting to poop/pee so unless you want the poop going all over by you trying to carry her outside, just let her do it. but after she's done, immediately take her outside. and praise her when she is outside.

One thing that you can do that might help, when she has an accident inside, make sure she sees you clean it up and if she does number 2 inside, scoop it up in a dust pan and let her see you toss the poop outside. It sounds strange but that makes big impressions on adult dogs. I assume yours is an adult?
If one of mine has an accident and he sees me clean it up and toss the poop outside while he watches, its a while before he has an accident again. They do try their best not to, but sometimes they just have accidents. Nobody's perfect.
Anyway, just make sure she sees you clean it up and toss the poop outside, where she should use the bathroom.

Hmm, well, your dog's NOT stupid. She will only do what you train her to do. Anyways, reward her everytime she goes potty outside. Also, if you crate her at night and when you leave the house, she will learn not to have accidents. Take her out every 30 mins-a couple of hours, depending on age. I.E. 30 mins if a puppy, 1-2 hours if an adult. This will also encourage her to go outside.

First off, your dog is not stupid - she is only trained to do what you yourself have taught her. Animals have accidents just like people and with a little patients and love most behavior issues can be corrected...

Hm sounds like you need to be trained. Dogs don't generalize. Return to potty training 101.

Try watching the "Dog Whisperer" on TV and you'll discover just who is "stupid". I believe you'll be amazed at the answer. Good luck!
