There's still a good chance your cat will return he's probably enjoying his new surroundings and all the new smells my cat went missing for a month and still came back I take it he's an indoor cat keep doing what your doing hope everything goes well

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but cats have a great sense of where home is and cats who are likely to come back, don't take two weeks to do it. There are a lot of bad things that can happen to cats outdoors and since he was declawed there is an even higher chance he met his demise when he encountered one. By all means, keep looking, but don't get your hopes up. Someone said to call shelters weekly but most shelters put animals up for adoption or euthanize them way before they're there for a week. Here it's 5 days before a stray animal is put up for adoption but in a lot of places it can be as early as 48 hours. Make sure to know how long the stray hold is at each local shelter to know how often to GO INTO THE SHELTER and check. Don't just call or check the website.

Declawed might not be such a good thing, he won't be able to defend himself if attacked by a predator, and he may have got hit by a car.. I would go inside the humane society daily or so, instead of calling, I've known them to lie to friends/family about having their animals. Then again, if he's not out that often, he could have just got lost, just don't lose hope yet. I'm very sorry and I hope he returns soon, my cat too has been missing for about a week now. =/

Take some old photos of the cat to have blown up to a larger size. Then make some posters and put them around the neighborhood and offer a small reward to anyone who has even seen that cat... Then stake out in that area and wait with some food and you'll get him back with some patience.

put some dirty clothes outside by the doors and in the yard. this may sound strange, but, cats have a very strong sense of smell, and putting your scent out there may help. Also, if you have a regular feeding time for him, that is when you should circle the neighborhood calling him. My male cat was missing for 5 weeks once. He finally came home --- and he was so scared and happy to be home. Don't give up.

He's probably scared to death if he is alive. Put your scent on everything in the yard. Put out his food and water dish everyday . Don't forget to call the shelters weekly and other organizations. If you get him back, get him microchippedddddddd.Thats a sure bete if he is found alive he can be returned to you. I feel like he will walk back in but i'm notorius for positive thinking. Keep calling him.Let us know if he returns. My heart goes out to you and him. Don't give up because it has been 2 weeks. Opps, I forgot to say go to these places and see.sometimes the workers are to busy, overrun to really say.

Since he is declawed, my guess is he got into a fight and lost, and he may be badly hurt. Sorry, I wish I could comfort you, but declawing is only cruel, and when you do it and let the cat out it is just a cat's death sentence.

There is some hope, basically you just have to keep looking. Try going around your neighborhood rattling cat biscuits (if he eats them) and calling his name.
Good Luck, and don't give up hope.

ITS POSSIBLE HE WILL RETURN , LEAVE A BIT OF FOOD BY THE OUTSIDE DOOR AND WATER AND JUST MAYBE YOULL SEE HIM AGAIN. IF SOMEONE TOOK HIM IN HE MAY STAY WITH THEM UNTIL HE CAN ESCAPE AND RETURN TO YOUR PLACE. HAVING NO CLAWS IN THE FRONT DEFINITELY IS A DISADVANTAGE HOWEVER IF HE AVOIDS GETTING INTO A TUSSLE HE SHOULD BE O.K.
