Earthworms dont bite, but meal worms and super worms have tiny mandibles and can latch on. I have been bit and it's a very unpleasant pinch. And parasitic worms dont bite, they enter through body orifices and travel throughout the body in the blood stream until they reach their destination. The parasitic worms that you think bite, like hook worms, actually burrow into the pores or wounds on our skin.

Yes ,some worms can bite like meal worms . There has been much debate as to weather you should first behead the worms before feeding to lizards . Some people claim that they will eat the stomach and intestines of the reptiles . Personally I do not believe that to be true since stomach acid would kill most worms shortly after they had been ingested .

Having once seen, what I thought was a worm with teeth, I've wondered the same thing.
Do they?

If you're referring to the earthworm I could'nt say but they can certainly bore through a lump of chalk. But if you mean the marine type "Ragworm" they have hard black pincer like jaws and when you pick one up...it gives you a nip. This I do know.
