My dog is just doing what a dog does. I admit that Great Danes have large turds, but it's great fertilizer. No, I don't want to pick up after him, only in my yard.

We are about to inherit two dogs, one pitbull/boxer mix 12 years old and the other one a jack russel almost a year old. We have a three year old house cat. The pitbull/boxer hates cats! My cat just ignores dogs when he sees them. But now they are going to have to live together. Please help. I want them to get along and not kill each other.

Are there any other ideas that I can do for my dog - as the salt bothers her when she's out on a walk. I'm also not sure if she will wear the boots or try to pull them off.

Hey, I was watching Planet Earth eariler today and there was a bird on there that was mostly black, it had a blue stripe. The bird cleaned a few branches then called a female bird over. It then proceeded to impress the female bird by doin a dance, and spreading itself out. The blue stripe then looked like a huge mouth. I know this is a vague description, just wondering if anyone could please tell me what the bird was called. Thanks very much!

I have a black lab that is 4, she is due within the next 10 days. She was overweight to begin with, no to excessive, but enough for me to be concerned with her labor. Does anyone know of anything I can do to make it easier for her? It is her second litter and she was bigger before but wasn't overweight to begin with that time. I just want to easy her discomfort as much as possible and help her breathing during, I am very concerned.

I have a one year old neutered male cat who is generally indoors although despite the cold weather (18 degrees), he still likes to go outside. Sometimes he even stays out all night. Doesn't he get cold and he could he become ill or even freeze to death?

Hi. Ive recently moved house and have a small yard, no grass out back. I have put up a bird table and a high line with bird feeders hanging off, along with fat balls, sunflower seeds etc, but the birds are just not coming. i know they are in the near area as a couple of doors down they have a few trees and I can see them in there, so why won't they come over to my feeders?? Does anyone have any more ideas on what i can do to attract them over??
