I wouldn't bother. A dog is gonna go when and wherever he wants. If it bothers your neighbor so bad why doesn't he spend a
few bucks and put a fence up?

How would you like it if the role was reversed. Wouldn't you get upset if somebody's dog crapped in your yard? There are laws, that say you have to pick up after your own dog. If your neighbor turns you in, I have to say you deserve it.
Let's just hope he doesn't take it out on the dog, because the owner refuses to correct the problem.
Besides it sounds like you are going out of your way to make your neighbor missabrle. Harrasing a man in a wheelchair.

Why do you have a dog? Honestly? When you get an animal you also get the responsibilities of taking care of them and cleaning up after them. Thank god you don't have a kid.
Of course you have to pick up after the dog. What kind of question is this?
Letting the air out of his wheelchair tires? I'd stomp a hole in someone if they let the air out of my dad's wheelchair tires.

No you should not let the air out of your neighbors wheelchair tires, But its only courtesy to clean up after your dog. You say you clean up after your great dane in your yard, think of your neighbors yard as your yard when your dog doo doos in your neighbors yard.

No, you should clean up after your dog. Some people are real picky about their lawns and if they wanted dog poop on it they would have their own dogs crap in their yard. Just pick it up. Be a good neighbor.

I don't know why YOU'RE complaining about this, it's YOUR FAULT to begin with! Honestly! Try doing something new and different for a change--it's called BEING R-E-S-P-O-N-S-I-B-L-E! Try it it's the lastest craze; everybody is doing it!
In other words: KEEP YOUR DOG ON YOUR OWN PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO TIE HIM UP TO A POLE, PUT A 8' OR MORE TALL FENCE UP. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO KEEP YOUR DOG FROM RUNNING LOOSE AS THERE ARE LEASH LAWS AND EVEN YOUR ARE NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTT ABOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take a video of them canines doing the act of pooping on your backyard. Then pass to the council and practice them the pictures. positioned the courtroom situations in writting. that's going to likely be an excellent thought to video who grow to be with the canines. The video will talk for itself.there is yet another answer in case you do no longer choose any arguments, spray cloudy ammonia on your backyard, they are going to deter those nasty canines.Cloudy ammonia will rather harm their noses and could no longer poop there anymore.

Pick up after your dog and be a good neighbor. Your dog wasn't invited to your neighbor's house and it's up to you to be responsible for his actions.
