ok im trying to breed in the middle of winter and i want to no if its even possible would i need to buy a water heater or any thing i have three goldfish a ten gallon tank i take good care of them ive had them for about 6 months any suggestiond

i have a dobermann and was wondering when i should stop giving him bonemeal - the ash supplement you sprinkle on their food to help their bones grow strong - he is now 1yr 8months old or do i continue giving him this supplement???

I have a 2 year old 100lbs american bulldog whom I adore, and really want to take for walks, but when I do, he pulls me around! Also, several times he has gotten out of his collar when out for walks, and scares me to death because he runs right into the road. I really need a collar that will keep him from dragging me down the sidewalk, and that he will not be able to break out of!!

My Weimaraner, Zoey, licks everything constantly. She does not have acral lick granuloma/dermatitis. The licking is not isolated to her legs or her body. She licks the couch, the bedsheets, the tables, the floor, etc.etc.etc. Does anyone have any idea why she does this (aside from the fact that she is a neurotic breed)? Is there any way to stave this off? I have already tried several "lick/chew" deterrants and to my horror, she LOVES them. So, sadly that will not work.

I have 3 masonry pillars holding up my carport, the center one has about 100 or more bats living in it. They are neat to have there but their urine and guano droppings are rotting the pillar. How do I humanely remove them without paying someone. I just want them to go live somewhere else so my pillar won't fall down.

You hear stories all the time about amazing pets. I have a German Shepherd, and am in the process of getting a Pomeranian. My Shepherd LOVES every person, animal, etc. The most amazing thing, besides trying to protect me at 6 weeks old from a stranger walking near us, was actually growl and keep a very close eye on two separate people (on separate occassions) that came in our home. As I said, he loves EVERYONE, and we couldn't figure this one out. He was under a year old at the time, but come to find out, after questioning both, one had marijuana in his pocket, the other had just smoked it. Needless to say, they aren't allowed around anymore, mainly because the Shepherd doesn't like the smells! He hasn't growled at anyone since!

i have a lot of faith that she will survive. however, it is hard for her to get to the milk of the mother. i decided to care for her on my own until she is stronger. can any of you please give me any additional advices? it will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

We got a 10 month old puppy at the shelter a few weeks ago and we are trying to get him fully potty trained. We tried him in a crate at night and he cried for two weeks hysterically. He repeatedly messed his crate and ate the remains. Now we gate him in a small bathroom and the hysterical crying/barking has stopped, but he still messes on the floor and eats the remains once per night. He is fine all day, but at night he still loses control. How can I help him get through this and, if nothing else, keep him from eating it?

I love my doggy, and usually this isnt a problem, but not long after he turned 1, he red rockets all the time! i get so grossed out. i know its a natural thing for him, but it went from being a once a month thing to like 8 plus times a day and its always around me. is it normal for them to red rocket that often? on a scared dog owners point of view, im sort of afraid to spend much time around him because as soon as he sees me, out it comes. up until now i thought he saw me more as a mother since i saved him from the pound as a pup, but now...just ewwww. he is fixed too, so thats another worry- is it normal for them to red rocket when they are fixed? i love my dog and i want him to be happy and healthy.
