Okay so I don't know the answer to this question but:

I just want to say how great Dobermans are. They look awesome are very loyal and are excellent protectors of the home. I admire your choice of dog. I personally own an Akita but I do like the Doberman breed aswell. I know that you stop feeding puppies puppy food at eight months of age. However I don't have a clue about bonemeal sorry. Enjoy your dog you have purchased a great dog there!

There is no reason that this dog should of been put on bonemeal to begin with. Other than your vet taking your money. Put him on a high quality food, nothing else. This can cause bone problems, not the bones getting stronger.

if he is being fed a complete food, then I would think that all of his required vitamins are in that particular food.
but it would probably be a good idea to phone his breeder and ask, they would probably like to hear how he's getting on as well,
