I was wondering how much they would give me for mixed dogs. I sold them purebreed pekingeses, and they gave me a 100 dollars each. So would mixed dogs be worth less?

oh i can hardly wait for the mean comments you are going to get,but here is my opinion,one has to be careful selling puppies to a pet shop you want to make sure it is a reputable shop that will care for the babies as you would at home,if you are only getting $100 for purebred babies there is something wrong here,you should be getting far more than that,they turn around and sell these pups for oodles of money with or without papers,$100 is pocket change to a pet shop for a purebred dog,i am going to be honest here and tell you and the general public i have gotten desperate enough to sell to a pet shop,but i took nothing less than $200 for my mixed breed puppies and i made darn sure that i scoped the place out before i even considered selling there,but if your babies are mixed pekingese you should have no problem advertizing them in your local paper or online for the price you want and being able to sell them there in your home and pick and choose who buys your puppies,that way you know where they are going and to whom

Yup, purebreds and champion lines would definitely fetch a higher price. Mixed breeds are sort of a "lower quality" kind of dog no matter how cute they are that's why they get a lower price.

Let me get this right; you intentionally bred mutts, with no homes lined up for them, and now couldn't care less who buys them? How about you put your time and effort into spaying and neutering both your adults and the new litter, you lack the responsibility to go about this properly.

Its hard to say. Most petstores get their dogs from puppy mills and a lot of "pure bred" dogs from petstores really aren't.

You get hardly anything for mongrols and 100 bucks is nothing for a pure breed.

yes they will be less, they are not pure bred
