I know that bubbles are created for eggs, but i'm not mating her. I clean her tank all the time, but it is getting cloudy in just a couple of days. I am NOT over feeding...i have even cut back on food. Could she be under stress or sick? Please, real answers only.

It happens probably about once a week or so. I don't know what to do. he seems fine before and after he does it. He's been eating the same food for as long as I've had him. What should I do?

I was wondering how long I should wait between Molly fry being born and releasing them into the main tank with the parents. I've searched Google and I've come across several different websites. Some say wait until the fry reaches one inch. Others say I should wait a month. Then some say it takes a month for them to reach one inch. I have one fry that I've had for a little more than a month and I'd place it to be about half an inch at the most.

So, a few questions:

1. What is the average growth in Molly fry within a month's time?
2. When would be the right time to place the fry in the main tank?
3. Is there any way I can stimulate growth in the fry aswell as fry production from the female?
4. What would be some of the ways you can tell a female Molly is pregnant? She's only slightly fat to the point where she could either be in the early pregnancy, or she just eats too much. So is there any other way to tell?

Thank you in advance.

I know they are good with kids, and usually get along well with other pets. I also know they are not known to be good watch dogs, but will they at least bark when someone knocks on your door? Do they tend to howl when left alone? I hear they mostly like to sleep the day away. Any information would be great.

I have a mixed breed who we have spend thousands of $$$ on for yeast infections. She has got dry yet greasy, crusty, itchy elephant skin and a horrible odor. Medications did not work except for one antibiotic she was on but it came back once the medication was gone. She has lost half her hair and lost weight because her body is trying too hard to fight it.

Has anyone at all had a dog like this and have you found anything that works? I know the condition is chronic with her but if I can keep the yeast at bay with treatment, I think we will all be happier.

My 7 yr. old Ridgeback has been having skin issues that were linked to an underactive thyroid. This past September my apartment building burnt down and my two dogs were inside for over 3 1/2 hours. Thankfully the room that they were in had the doors closed and they were able to be rescued without any actual physical harm. For the first month or so, they didn't want me leaving, they would cry and bark and understandably so. They seem ok now, for the most part and they don't carry on like they used to but my vet is linking his skin condition to possible anxiety and wants me to put him on Prozac. I don't have a very good opinion of the drug because I was once on it and I had awful side effects. I understand that the way that my body and my dogs body work are obviously different, but does it really make sense to put him on an anti-anxiety/depression drug?

I use to have a tabby cat which I cared for a lot. If it was healthy and happy--then I was happy. But he has to be let out some time. One day when I went out to look for him and call his name..he did'nt come. I searched for him and could'nt see him. I asked people but they had'nt seen him. I gave up looking for him. After a few days when I got over his loss....I turned on the radio and listened to the news. It was announced that a gang of catnappers going around catching cats for using their skin for fur coats. I turned off the radio--rushed to the toilet and threw up. I hate anyone that wears a fur coat.
