I know that bubbles are created for eggs, but i'm not mating her. I clean her tank all the time, but it is getting cloudy in just a couple of days. I am NOT over feeding...i have even cut back on food. Could she be under stress or sick? Please, real answers only.

Sounds like overfeeding / lack of filtration. Bettas do blow bubbles, but females won't build actual nests. The bubbles are probabl ythe result of a film on the water or impurities in the water. The most a female will do around breeding time is to get a little chubby with eggs.
You might want to look into getting a larger tank with better filtration to keep the water clean.
Also, never do 100% water changes as that will ruin your biological system and cause more cloudiness.

The water sounds very dirty and is slowly killing your betta. An unfiltered tank that small needs partial water changes every other day or so. If you're keeping the water clean, you will be able to feed your poor betta every day like she needs. Just don't give her too much at once. Give her as much as she eats in 30 seconds to a minute. There should never be leftovers. Feeding large amounts infrequently can lead to overeating and constipation.

Females (short finned) will be fine without mating. Feed her every 2 to 3 days. Right now clean her water as needed. Depending on the size bowl she is in you might want to get her a bigger one you can put a plant in so she can hide.
