I know that Quaker parrots like peppers. Where I'm from there are many varieties but they are hot. Do Quakers enjoy these, also? Thanks so much.

Ok Ok, before anyone says anything i have 3 litter boxes for my two 8mo. old neutered male cats and i clean all of the boxes out once a day after work and replace the litter every two weeks......so why they are peeing in the corners is NOT because i neglect their boxes or of dirty litter conditions. I just curious if it's a personal thing or something more scientific.....OR if anyone else has cats that do the same thing.

Frankly they tear up the bottom liners in one day so i gave up on putting liners in the litter boxes anymore and when i scoop every night it's a pain to scrape semi-dry urine from the corners.

Any intelligent solutions i'd greatly appreciate it!

Kept two of the puppies that my english bull terrier gave birth too. They are now 17 weeks old and obviously have been together since birth, one is slightly bigger than the other, they are both males, i know that it is not ideal to kept more than one male bull terrier in the house as they are competitive, but i have another bull terrier in the house but the puppies seem only to be going for each other, i am not sure if this is to see who rules out of them, when attacking each other they are rather argressive and are trying to hurt each other, I am now think of parting with one as if they are doing this the now what am i suppose to exspect in months to come, any ideas that may help as i do care for the both of them and would not like to have to choose between them but also would not like to see either one of them to get hurt

A few days ago,my puppy (6-week and 5 day old) had, probably, 2 tapeworms in his poopy and before that, I had noticed that it was vomitting. It was dewormed already and he just vomitted and probably will still be vomitting. I've read in some articles that it's a good thing if you see worms in the pup's poopie after deworming and also, it also said that it's also good if it is also vomitting becoz probably some worms might get out of it through the vomit. My question is when will it stop? I don't want my very very cute puppy to die.

My little dog gets the hiccups a few times a week. My other dog never gets them, and I have never had a dog that has gotten them. Is it normal for a dog to get hiccups?

The reason I ask is because when I adopted him from the shelter the vets there told me he was a lab/pitbull mix. When I took him to my vet he said there is absolutely no lab in him. I was at the pet store the other day and noticed a picture on the front of a magazine of a lab retriever. He looked very similar to my dog. I looked at the pit bull body structure and the lab structure and his body seems too thin and skinny to be totally a pit bull mix. His body structure fits more like a lab than a pit bull. Any opinions? Could he be a lab/pitbull mix? I have so many professionals tell me different things. Some say he is only a pitbull mix and others are convinced that he does have some lab in him. I know it doesn't matter because a dog is a dog and I love him none the less but I am just curious about all the different opinions. I have posted a couple of pictures of him on flickr.com. Thanks in advance for the input. After you sign in to flickr go to contacts and search for "lagosalado67".

My fancy goldfish has been upside down and listed to the left for 2 weeks now. She might have injured herself by lying next to the pump. Her rt. side seems to be collapsing; looks like her ribs are starting to stick out of her skin. The fins in the rt. are useless. She cannot right herself. She is still eating, although often ejects the food and it takes me 20 minutes to make sure she keeps enough down. This fish is 4 years old with personality plus. She is adopted, and lived through years of fish hell before coming to us. She has been such a plucky little thing, but I don't know if she is suffering or not. She can't direct herself around the tank anymore because she only has fins on one side, so she just kind of stays in one place upside down all the time. Does anyone know how/if this can be fixed, or should I euthanize?

I am really tired and get very offended when I start reading articles, questions, comments, etc. that critisize the APBT breed. Many of these people do not know or have never raised an APBT that's why they keep "judging the book by its cover". I believe that if all these people who are against these wonderful breed of dogs, would decide to raise one, they would understand that they're one of the sweetest dogs. It's obvious that if an APBT turns vicious is basically because either the owners tie them up in their backyard or only have them as "protectors" and don't even bother to take the dog out for a walk, or because they're not treated the proper way. Of course, they have the genes for being "fighting dogs" but they become such IF giving the training to be that way. Like they always say "One is not born with the skills, you learn them..." It just happens that APBTs have the strength and character to become good fighting dogs. I own 3 male APBT's and they're the sweetest babies..
