There is a racoon trapped between the bars of a store's window and the window itself. He has been there for almost 24 hours. ASPCA and animal control said they can't do anything. I'm afraid he might be hurt and theat of someone gets too close they could get bitten.

i put a few questions on last week my dog started biting and licking her feet all the time.i took her to vets they said first time her anal glands where full and thats what was causing her to bite her legs and feet .her paws where realy tender i had to put in salt water plus was on steroids,i took her back this week feet cleared up as was different vet she said was exima although had cleared up and now her anal glangs are infected she is now on antibiotics.so does anyone know if anal glands are full does the dog bite at feet and legs,

when she went into season we didnt know and we found them stuck together. This has happened a few times the weird thing is that they were backwards can anyone shed light if i can expect puppies and when? it would be a real help.

I want to take my cat with me 23 june 2007. But i am going to turkey and i read to on internet
they say if you take your cat turkey and when u come back to holiday in airport they take your cat 6 month quarantine is that true or not. Plus i read on internet if i travel to nearly 50 country and when i come back uk they not take to my cat quarentina. Can you tell me what i need to do or what can i do

i feel like my kitten is eating too much and is starting to get a little fat. I feed him dry food twice a day and 2 tablespoons of moist food a day. He is almost 9 months old. Im just feeding him basic dry food (ninelives, purina, etc), should i be switching over to a more "expensive" brand that is more filling to him?

Okay, you see, I KNOW THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR HER. But every time I tell her no my husband gives her it anyway! I try to tell him that it can kill her, he wont listen. I try to teach her to leave the room when we eat but she wont listen when he's home. I'll give an example: When we get donuts she gets her own serving. When we get pizza she gets her own slice if not 2. What should I do to get him...and his dad...to QUIT KILLING HER WITH THIS HUMAN FOOD!!??

I had my fish for 17 years now and some of the little fishes (fry) were able to survive by going under the gravel and living there until they get big enough to fend for themselves against the other fish on top. The little fish were able to survive under the gravel because of these plate/rack things with little tiny slits in them (I don't know what they're called or can't find the right word to describe them. sorry!) that I put on the bottom of tank that provides probably 1/2 inch of space - the gravel would be spread out on top of that plate/rack thing. After 17 years of raising these fish the plate/rack things are starting to crack and since I am getting busier and busier, I tend the clean the tank less often so some of the fish would grow pretty big in there. I want to find new plate/rack things, newer ones that would provide more space for the fry that escapes in there, but I can't seem to find them. Can anyone help me find them? Or have any alternative ideas? Thanks a bunch
