I have two mini poodles and yes they do but they are mixed in the fur and hard to spot.

Yes poodles have eye lashes, they may be small but they are there. They serve the same purpose as ours to protect our eyes from becoming dried out and from bacteria. Some dogs have issues with their eye lashes rollin inwards causing eye ulcers call entropion and can only be corrected with surgery, however this is not usually seen in poodles.

My Poodle/Lhasa has eyelashes they are very long and curled a little at the end.

I would think so. Never been close enough to one to actually see their eyelashes, but I'm pretty sure all dogs do. They are there to protect their eyes.

Well my Border Collie has gorgeous ones.Hasen't all dogs like us humans to keep the dust from going in our eyes.
