It's the Chihuahua.
And to clarify, there is no such thing as a mini yorkie or teacup ANYTHING. These are made-up designations used by disreputable breeders.

That's complicated. The smallest breed is a particular breed of Chihuahua, although there are other breeds of Chihuahua which grow larger than some of the other small toy dog varieties, like the mini Yorkie, teacup poodle, etc. That can lead to confusion, but the smallest Chihuahua breed is smaller than all the rest.

i don't know but my fav. small dog is the shih tzu they make great pets!(and they don't shed)
