He is about 2/3 months old and lives in the same cage as his brother. I also think they've been fighting lately. Could this just be a wound? What about an allergic reaction to a Cheezel? He seems to have grown it right after i fed them the cheesy snack. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My cat "george" is a bengal, and i was just wondering at what age he would stop growing, he is about 8 or 9 months now, but still seems smaller than bengals in pictures that i have seen. Also does anyone know what height and lenght males are on av ? Thanks

Will the same people on here trying to breed their dogs be trying to reproduce their children when they become of age? Just because you really love your dog and it has papers, doesnt mean it is breeding stock. Hopefully you will love your children more than your dog. Does that mean when they are old enough to reproduce you will encourage that?

i am buying my brother a new fish tank for christmas, he currently has 3 goldfish living in a tank at about 25oC.

If the larger tank i intend to buy him is also kept at that temperature, can i keep the goldfish in it and add some tropical fish, or will the goldfish eat them.

Hope that makes sense

We've really never used a lot of grooming products or fussed much over our dog. She's always been a really laid back, healthy, clean dog. Some eczema is really all we've had to deal with. While looking through the grooming section today (I was after conditioner), I found 'paw balm', I can't remember the brand, but it seemed to be a teatree based balm, similar to bag balm. We live in Northern Canada, and the dog has eczema the worst on her paws. Will this help? Is it okay for an obsessive groomer like her?

Okay so this is sorta a loo-pole...but if your dog is taken to the pound they make you get them fixed and you pay like $60.00 for a voucher and go to a vet and they do the surgery.
But if you just go and get you dog fixed at the vet, it's almost $200.00! Has anyone done this? What do you think?

She is 12 years old and has had minimal contact with other dogs in life. Do you think a puppy will be a benefit to her or just plain stressful?

I have had my male Beta fish (Zeus) for about 3 1/2 years. How long do they typically live? He lives in a one gallon glass bowl with some rocks and a plant and he eats Beta pellets and freeze dried blood worms. He seems healthy. All my previous Betas have died after 1-2 years.

The bump is like a baby sized olive and it has a greenish tan look to it, she just came in from out side and we heard her meowing loudly when she came in. i discovered this when i was petting her and felt a large bump. I tried to pull it out but its too hard and i don't want to hurt her...does anyone know what this could be?

The spot seems to be getting bigger. I have already taken him to the vet, and the vet says he is healthy, no ringworm, nothing. He doesn't wear a color yet, so thats not it either. I am confused...I dont want a bald dog.

My girlfriend's puppy ran away from home and she's devastated, so I thought I would be really nice if I could give her another one for Christmas, I know i wouldn't make "Kira's" memory fade away but at least i think it would lessen the pain...

I am new to cats. We always had dogs growing up. I now have my first cat, a sweet female maine coon (spayed). But I'm still learning to understand the differences in how cats and dogs behave. Why does she do the following things:
1. Open up those perfume samples in women's magazines and roll in them.
2. Sit on each piece of paper in the house, once, when it first arrives (I am a teacher, so the cat has to sit on about 90 student papers a month).
3. Insist of sleeping on top of me. (It's a big bed, but she always sleeps on me.)
4. Get along fine with every other species of mammal except other cats (I had a baby raccoon in my spare bedroom for two days before I discovered it, the cat got along fine with it, but will try to eviscerate other cats on sight).
5. Sleep 20 hours out of 24. (She gets cranky and sleep deprived if she misses even one.)
6. Only eat kibble. She runs away from wet food, any wet food, as if I'm assaulting her with it.
7. Change her sleeping spot every two weeks.
