Puppies bite all the time because they don't know any better. You can teach him that biting is unacceptable without smacking him, growling at him, or frightening him. If he bites because he's excited, whenever he bites you, say "no," fold up your arms, and ignore him. Go do something else. He'll quickly learn that biting people makes playtime stop. It worked for my hyper boxer.
Another method for young puppies, which I've only read about, is to yelp shrilly whenever his teeth touch your skin.
Keep your food where he can't get it, if you can't watch him. Never feed him at the table, and put him out of the room if he begs or tries to grab anything off your plate. Try to correct him the instant he starts misbehaving, by growling "no," or "bah," so he's not confused about exactly what he did wrong. Use your judgment if you think he needs a smack on the face to get the message. He should figure out that he can't touch your food.
Eventually weimeraners grow up, settle down, and turn very boring. He won't be this much trouble forever.

Fix the hole in your fence (common sense???), put your food where he can't reach it (again, common sense!!) and as for the biting, didn't you say he's a puppy? That's what puppies do. He'll outgrow it with a little training. Did some breeder actually sell you this poor puppy? If so, get some advice from them on how to work with him before he's totally ruined.

This is a breed that should not be sold to novice owners!

He definitely need to be worked with. they are high strung hunting dogs... they need to be trained. Fix the hole in your fence, and he won't get out as easily. As for the biting, get a muzzle until you have time to train him correctly. how does he eat all your food? does he have his own space, like a kennel?

here is a good site to check out with some info about the breed

Get into an obedience class and fix the hole in your fence.

My brother in law has a couple of this breed and they are NOT a breed for everyone. There is a great challenge in raising this breed and persistence in proper training is REALLY IMPORTANT.
